what disposable individal pamkin could i use ina water bath

I don't know if these would get to wet in a waterbath but might be good to try on a sample. They seem pretty sturdy & hold a batter nicely without disintegrating.

Could you make creme brulee in these? I use a torch to brown the sugar. would they likely catch on fire or are they somewhat flame resistant?

Hello there i would recommend you use a thicket paper mold for creme brulee. Try our 680684 or 680685 as they are made of thicker paper. Now while neither mold is fire resistant the do stand a temp of 390 degrees. Please keep in mind that it is still made of paper.

Would these cups be appropriate for baked eggs in puff pastry?

They are shallow enough that I think the pastry and the egg would bake just fine.

can you make pazookies in these

These have the feel/thickness of a thick paper baking cup and are sturdy enough to stand on their own on a standard sheet pan. If the batter you are using doesn't need to be pressed in to create a crust, they should work just fine. Admittedly, I haven't actually made pazookies in them, but I want to now! Yum.
