I GEGAN USING THIS PRODUCT SOME 20 YEARS AGO TO HELP KEEP MORE HEALTHY JOINTS. I HAD PINS PUT INTO AN ELBOW SEVER BREAK AND WAS CONCERNED I WOULD GET EARLY ARTHRITIS. I AM NOW 80 AND HAVE THE PAINS OF BEING OLDER BUT, WITH CONTINUED EXERCISE (ALTHOUGH SOME WHAT LESS STRENUOUS) AND THIS SUPPLEMENT I HAVE LESS JOINT PAIN AND MORE EASE OF MOVEMENT. YOU WILL NOT DEFEAT GROWING OLDER BUT, THIS HAS MADE IT LESS PAINFUL THAN SOME OF MY PEERS SEEM TO EXPERIENCE. THIS IS MY “ONLY” MAINTENANCE SUPPLEMENT ALONG WITH VITIUM D-3. I WILL TAKE 2 TO 6 MONTHS TO ACTUALLY NOTICE A DIFFERENCE IN YOUR JOINTS BUT, COULD BE WELL WORTH THE “TRYING IT OUT”.
