This stuff works. Unlike sprays that just mask smells, this actually removes them. I’ve used it on pet bedding, carpets, and areas where odors tend to linger, and the difference is noticeable. When I opened the bottle you could smell the formula right away it’s a strong almost citrus smell but it’s like a very specific smell. Almost like the smell they use at church in the little kids room to wipe stuff down with. This stuff works amazing. My dogs pee on the carpet almost every night and when I tell you it got rid of the stains it got rid of the smell and they don’t mark anymore. It’s actually insane. I’ve used o I clean I’ve used nature’s miracle, nothing works like this stuff. Great value.

I have used every urine remover on the market and nothing works like this. My small dog has a specific spot she pees, under my dining room table where she could hide and I bought washable pee pads because no matter how often I shampooed or spot treated she'd just continue to pee in that one spot. I was throwing my rugs away all the time. The washable pee pads worked great but washing them was a problem. I don't want to use my washing machine because it just feels icky so I was soaking them in the sink and then wringing them out to dry in the sun. And as you can guess, that just doesn't get the smell completely out. So I got this on a whim to try and it works so well my dog no longer pees on the pads at all. She's found new places, random places, harder to find places. I'm going to mix this is a spray bottle as well as my carpet shampooer and maybe even my mop water and just coat the whole house to see if it works to stop her from peeing completely. It smells much better than most odor removers, has a nice spicey-ish, maybe clove, clean scent. It's not overpowering unless you don't dilute it enough.

This product is AWESOME. Having a multi-pet household keeping the house smelling fresh and clean is a daunting task - I have elder pets who have mobility issues and cannot always make it to the door quickly enough so accidents are a given. I have tried enzymatic cleaners - Odoban - every "guaranteed to remove pet odor" it seems out there and nothing seemed to work. I had a home appraisal coming up and was getting desperate to just tear out the section of carpet in issue and decided to give this product a try - not only did it work it worked so WELL that I decided to use it in my entire house - washed my walls, baseboards, floors, sprayed the furniture and every possible surface area that may have potentially come in contact with by animals. My house now smells fresh and clean - if you didn't know I owned animals you would think I was an animal-free household. Would highly recommend this product - it's a bit pricey on the front end but it is HIGHLY concentrated - it makes may bottles - I have spray bottles made up for every room.

Has a very strong essential oils type of smell. If you are sensitive to strong smells this product may not be for you. Other than that it seems to work ok. The price is pretty high for the small amount you get but you dilute it alot so maybe it will last a little longer than it looks like.

I absolutely love Odor Off and keep coming back to it. The scent reminds me of Thieves essential oil — clean, fresh, and not overpowering. I use this on pretty much everything: hard surfaces, couches, and carpets. One of my favorite ways to use it is adding some to my wet no-vacuum spray and lightly spraying furniture and rugs. It freshens everything up so well without leaving a heavy residue or artificial smell. I’ve purchased this over and over again and will continue to. If you’re looking for something that actually works and smells great, this is it.

The product does what I promised, excellent!

THIS STUFF WORKS!. I have carpeted stairs and it became a favourite "washroom" for one of my dogs. We shampooed, used enzymes, deodorants, what ever we could find. They worked so so but eventually the smell of urine would return. Our poor dog passed, but the new puppies used the old scent as a calling card if you now what I mean. We bough this product and gave it a try. We shampooed and sprayed it on the carpeted stairs. Smell gone and has yet to return! In a very light concentration (this stuff is strong, you don't need lots) we have used it on upholstery, and any material that can hold smells; couches, chairs, carpets, cars, RVs etc.. GET IT, IT REALLY WORKS. 100 percent would recommend to dog owners, shelters and any folks who have animals.

This product is as good as it states. Some products just cover the pet odour but this lasts. Only a small bottle thought wish it was available in a 5L size.
