Worked perfectly to adapt my pool filter to a standard 12 gauge extension cord! Saved a ton of money over having a 100' extension cord custom made with locking female plug on one end & standard 3 prong male plug on the other.

Worked perfectly for what I needed.

Needed this cord for my 1hp pool pump motor which is 15A 125V. Cord is good quality and made from durable materials. Cord also did not get hot after running the pool all day which was reassuring. It can be difficult to match up NEMA L5-20R, but the specifications were clear so it was an easy match to my outlet. Solid fit, good quality, well worth the price.

This will help you plug in a network rack power strip into a regular outlet.

I bought the wrong adapter, I needed an L5-30R and this is an L5-20R. I looked at the picture and I didn't READ the product description as I should have. This adapter fits NOTHING that I own so it will sit in my adapter bag. It looks well made so that is the reason for the 5 stars, I am not returning it because Amazon should not have to pay for my mistake. The picture looks identical to a 30 amp twist lock but the diameter is smaller and I ASSUMED based on the picture...you know what they say when you assume.
