Works great! Feels good and isn't sticky at all. Feels velvety and I don't even notice it once it dries. I use these when I wear my work boots or my riding boots & it has definitely gotten rid of the blisters and the irritation from the friction. Definitely worth the money.

HIGHLY RECOMMEND!! If you have ANY spot on your feet that rub or bother (new shoes or transitioning back to flip flops, etc)...this product really works. I never travel without it any more. Great for those all day walking tours if you're worried about any type of rubbing or irritation from your shoes.

I cannot say enough good things about Body Glide Foot Glide. If you do a lot of walking—theme parks, travel, running, long work days—this stuff is a total game changer. I brought it to Disney and it saved my feet. No blisters, no hot spots, no rubbing, even after 20,000+ steps a day in the Florida heat. It goes on like a smooth balm, isn’t greasy, and doesn’t stain socks or shoes. I used it on my heels, toes, and sides of my feet before heading to the parks each morning, and I didn’t feel a single blister coming on. Even better, it stays on all day and holds up against sweat and humidity. I’ve tried Band-Aids, moleskin, powders, and blister patches—nothing works like this. It’s small enough to toss in a park bag and reapply if needed, but honestly, one morning application was usually enough. It was weird rubbing what looked like deodorant on my ankles and feet but it was totally worth it. This protected my ankles from rubbing all day and seemed to even prevent sweating a bit. I used this during our vacation that was nothing but walking and this is the first time I did not have blisters. I love that it is compact to fit in my bag and that even using it everyday on the trip I still have most of it left. I would get it again

The title says it all -- this product is amazing. I just got back from 10 days at Disney World, and for the first time ever, I did not come home with blisters! Walking around theme parks for a week and a half is no easy feat -- we have kept track of our mileage, and we usually end up walking between 8-12 miles a day (in the Florida heat), taking turns wearing a heavy-ish backpack. Even though I always wear sturdy tennis shoes with socks (think Hoka, On Cloud, New Balance), by the 4th day or so, I always start getting blisters on the pads of my toes, and my feet are a mess by the end. I won't go into detail, but let's just say I've gone through many band-aids and ruined many a pair of socks. In recent years, I've started just pre-emptively putting band-aids on my toes before the blisters form, and that works pretty well, except it's a pain to constantly be changing out 10 band-aids every day. So, this year, I did some research in advance, and ended up purchasing this Body Glide anti-blister balm. It worked perfectly!!!! Like a charm! Every morning, before putting on my socks, I just applied it all over the bottom of my feet and toes (it's like a deodorant stick -- it just glides on), and also my ankles for good measure, and that's it! I then just put on my socks and shoes and walked all day for 10 days. Not one blister. Not even a potential blister. I was just floored. It took me about 30 seconds each day. This product is a life saver. I intend to purchase it every year, and I'm sure I'll be bringing it on other trips, too. So much better and more convenient than needing to change out bandages or moleskin padding every day. THANK YOU for making this product!!

I've been using this for more than a month now. Although it does help prevent blisters it's no more effective than a dollar Vaseline and some lotion. I think the price of this outweighs the effectiveness. Just go with Vaseline or any type of unfragrance petroleum jelly.

I've suffered from blisters on one toe for over 20 years. I've tried recommendations from two podiatrists but, until now, the best I could find was to use smooth, thin plasters on that toe and the one next to it. That didn't cure the problem but did reduce the size of the blisters. I saw the reviews of this Body Glide Foot balm so tried it. It worked on two local 11 mile walks so I then relied on it for a week walking in the Pennines - absolutely no blisters despite still having some of the hard, rough skin from the previous blisters. I've now been able to file down most of the hard skin from the old blisters and don't get any more as long as I use this.It's totally non-greasy so doesn't rub off on my socks and does lat all day.

This works so much better than I expected it to! You can put it on your feet as well as putting it on the shoe itself and it stops the rubbing that creates blisters. You can even put it on after you've already got blister and it makes it feel so much more comfortable. From someone whose feet continually get shredded by shoes, this product is a dream.

A brilliant formula created and developed. I never get shoe bites or anything when I apply this to my toes, heel, etc. Works especially well with heels. Highly recommend! 🙌
