Super easy install looks way better than stock. Way heavier duty than the flimsy orange plastic peice that came with the truck. The colors look great and add a really nice subtle touch. The DEF cap is also medal and heavy duty and fits perfectly. I would definitely recommend this.

I bought this for my Duramax 3.0L diesel's diesel cap. The fit is snug, but it gives me the piece of mind that water or other contaminants are not going to get into my fuel system inadvertently during a heavy shower or while I am washing the car. While I can appreciate the design, the new capless fuel systems that are installed on vehicles have the potential to gather debris and contaminants around the inlet. This cap works as a very nice dust cap. Also, since I drive a 1/2 Ton and they are predominantly gasoline engines, this is a nice reminder if I loan my truck to someone that it requires diesel fuel not gas.

Glad I found this. My only problem with the newer Chevy trucks is that, instead of a fuel cap, they have a spring-loaded flap. Probably not an issue but I'm wary of debris getting in there. This cap was a perfect fit and eases my worries. The o-ring on it could be a little snugger but at least it comes with a spare.

Definitely happy with my purchase. This replaced a plastic one that would fly off the truck bed. These are definitely awesome and stay in place. No corrosion around the cap. Easy to get off and put back on. Much more efficient and durable gas cap for my diesel truck. It’s a great value for the quality. It’s strong in staying in magnetic strength is awesome. So happy I got these and can’t believe this truck that cost so much came with a plastic gas cap?? That’s just weird and unbelievable for the cost of the truck I would have expected this kind of cap. Highly recommend if ya have a plastic one. You won’t be disappointed and thank you

Just bought this gas cap for diesel, when I got my truck never came with a gas cap, did not look like a twist type cap required but just did not feel right with nothing there, this solves the problem, or concern. Nice aluminum finish and green to avoid mistakes.

Works well, keeps the dirt and water out of the tank on a cap-less system. Fits a GM 1500 w/LZ0.

Product was nice looking and appeared good quality but the diesel cap is nowheres close to fitting. Way too small for my 2014 Ram 3500. Every 4th Gen Cummins Ram I have seen have the same design so I can't see fitting any of those. The DEF cap does it and twist-lock in but I prefer my original plastic cap since it has the plastic retaining strap . Hard to believe so many positive reviews. Complete waste of money for something that now hangs out in one of my junk drawers in garage. It may fit eco-diesel trucks but not the cummins.
