I have no idea how this works, but it really does help with weight loss. My partner and I started this about 6 months into working with our personal trainer and saw an IMMEDIATE difference. My partner is an EMT and they think it has something to do with helping process glucose and regulating blood sugar? But I don't know if that's true

So far ok. I am hopeful it will improve my throat and mucus issues too early but will update later. One problem is I have lot of diffuculty swallowing the capsules. I plan on opening the capsules and mixing with water. No problem. I have muscle deterioration due to Kennedy's disease.

These work well, but they taste awful. Be ready with water when you take them. The capsules are somewhat large, so if size is an issue you may not want this one.

Great quality, fresh, very effective. No taste, blends easily for a nutritious morning drink.

This product seemed to be a great value for the price: not only cheaper than other brands, but more milligrams of boswellia per capsule than other brands as well. So I thought I'd give it a try. I've been taking it daily for a month now and it seems to me that it does not provide the same anti-inflammatory effect and pain relief as my previous brand. In fact, I don't notice any effect at all. To be fair, I have to mention that my previous brand (which I will go back to) was a boswellia/tumeric blend, and it may be that tumeric was simply the more active ingredient. But every body can react differently. If you've had past success with boswellia alone, then this product may be worth a try, given its price.

Used this in conjunction with collagen II at night for about a week for a mystery back injury. You know what I’m saying if you have any age on you. You get out of bed, turn around to made the bed, lean over and can’t get back up as easy as you got down! No reason at all and you’re stove up for days. This and the collagen II took care of it. I read about it in Built from Broken a kindle book when that happened to me. Excellent book on body mechanics, injuries etc collagen II is not meant to be taken indefinitely but Boswellia is not problem. My knees stopped creaking too. Just sayin’
