Premium Ashwagandha

My college son swears by these and I have bought him several bottles - and this brand is his favorite. He says it helps with the stress of college and helps him with energy and to focus.

Product is easy to take and works very well. I definitely have noticed improvement in energy and sleep.

I started taking this about 10 days ago. With all that is going on with coronavirus, I have really put it to the test! It has significantly reduced my anxiety level and allowed me to sleep better at night. I found that 2 pills a day works best. That feeling of constantly being on edge has really dissipated and I feel much more in control. I am a big fan of Further Food products--I never have to worry about the quality of the ingredients. This has quickly become an essential part of my everyday routine.

I got this to help with anxiety and stress. This is much stronger than I expected and it actually works rather well. It definitely seems like a more natural alternative to prescription meds. I have only been taking this product for a few weeks but so far it’s been great! They are a little large but not too big and with it being in a capsule it is easy to swallow. I’ve had multiple people recommend Ashwagandha as a natural anxiety aid and I’m so glad I chose this company for their great organic ingredients. I was brought into this from one of my best girlfriends. I really didn’t take it seriously, but bought them anyway to try it out. Game changer. I’m calmer. More focused. I’m also sleeping better. I’m doing other things in addition to the supplement ... but it’s helping. Highly recommended.

I have been taking these 2 times a day for anxiety for a couple of months and as of this writing do not feel any improvement. I will try for another month or two before I give up, I know these supplements take time.

I’ve been having problems sleeping for years. I wake up in the middle of the night and my mind starts racing and I start stressing and I can’t go back to sleep for hours.
