Bluetooth audio SUCKS (but USB connection ok)
This device uses a VERY old bluetooth standard, 2.1 + EDR (2007). It doesn't matter how close or far you are from the source, audio playback starts clipping when connected to you device via bluetooth. It's annoying enough that you'll second guess why you paid so much for this conference mic/speaker. I can't comment on the quality of the microphone but I've had echo problems using Microsoft Teams (not in Zoom, but the clipping problem is still present). Bottom line, Yamaha really needs to upgrade this device because the bluetooth version is so archaic it just sounds like crap. When connected via USB, it sounds perfectly fine, except that it lacks considerable bass. It sounds like any other mic/speaker I've connected to my computer. It's not worth the pricetag in my opinion. I'm on the lookout for a better conference mic/speaker.

Sound Bubble does not work
I purchased this to be able to block out outside sounds that would interrupt my meetings. So far, it does not work at all. Even when the sound comes from another room down the hall.
