These are amazing car seats! Made with a metal frame they are extremely heavy but are so amazing for keeping your child safe in an accident! They aren’t the easiest to install but it wasn’t too difficult. It’s very important to use the rear facing piece when rear facing but my kids have used these since they graduated the baby bucket car seats. They are thin and can fit 3 across which is why I had to have three of them! They are beautiful and definitely worth the price!

Can't say enough great things about this car seat for my older toddlers. I had the Britax boulevard when my kids were little and I loved how safe and snug it was. But as my son turned 4 it felt too snug but he was not ready for a booster. I bought the Dino and it is AMAZING. Steel frame, easy and tight install, super safe, and way more comfortable leg room for a now 5 year old. I also bought one for my 2 year old and skipped the Britax all together. This is the only car seat I recommend now. NOTE: Ive never tried rear facing install but forward facing is a breeze!

Diono car seats are heavy and expensive for a reason. We were in a roll over car accident before Thanksgiving. Both kiddos were strapped in their Diono seats. My 2.5 year was in the 3RXT. Not even a scratch! He was nestled in the car seat. Side air bags went off and the headrest offered protection for his head. Thank you Diono for making such a wonderful products. No damage to the seat what so ever! Due to manufacture instructions, the car seat needed to be replaced regards if the seat looks intact. Insurance covered the cost of a new car seat and we got the exact same one. Thanks to Amazon’s available we were able to get a new one in 3 days.

These are the best! We had one for out preschooler and bought two more for our twins. They fit 3 across in my Pilot, two rear facing one forward. The seat backs are tall but still fit behind the seats comfortably. There’s plenty of legroom for them to stretch out and be comfortable, the lower profile seat makes it easy to get in and out of. These are easy to clean, comfortable for the kids, durable and will be the only seats we will have to buy. One thing to note, they are HEAVY, but not hard to install or move around and the fold flat feature is good if you need to fly.

This is our second diono. We bought the 2019 3 rxt for my wife's car while I still used the infant carrier for a little while. ( Our daughter was still in the weight specs so it worked a for a bit) Now that she's growing and getting bigger it was time for me to upgrade as well. This car seat is as great and easy to install as our previous one. I did have to use the angle adjuster for my corolla as it is smaller than my wife's accord but it went in great with that and we're set to enjoy daddy/daughter weekends while mommy's at work! My only gripe with this slight redesign is they did away with the back covereing for the car seat so now I have to see the plastic and metal of the car seat since we're still rear facing. It's not the end of the world but I truly enjoyed the sleek look of the rear of the 2019 model...

For reference I have a 2020 Equinox and I have 2 of these Diono Radian 3RXT carseats forward facing as well as a Britax convertible car seat rear facing. They all fit! I purchased the Diono seats because I needed three seats to fit in my vehicle. I have owned many car seats, ranging from infant carriers to convertible seats to booster seats. Honestly, this was the most difficult to install. Just too many extra steps, like having to unscrew a compartment to remove the five point harness to use in booster mode. The headreast isn’t very easy to adjust. Also, this seat does not come with a manual. That is bizarre, in my opinion. I was able to easily find it on my phone in a google search but it just annoyed me to have to sit there scrolling on my phone and expanding the screen everytime I wanted to read the directions. I didn’t find the seat to be heavy, as some said in other reviews. It’s a much slimmer seat so for me it was easier to carry out to the car. My children said the seat was comfortable. I have one seat in full booster mode and one seat using the five point harness. The straps are a little uncomfortable on the neck but not terrible. Overall, if you need slimmer seats that will protect your little ones from infant and up this is your best option. That is why I purchased these seats. However, I would like to see the company improve some things that we already see with other manufacturers.

My 10 month old loves it. We’ve had it for few months. I will be traveling and use it in another country too since it folds up and there is a strap you can buy for it. My youngest sleeps so well in it, the way the strap holds her face while she sleeps is great. That’s worth the price to see her comfy and her head being stable when I turn a corner. Plenty of leg room rear facing too compared to the one I have in my husbands truck. This is my second diono. I will buy more for our 3rd vehicle soon. I feel they are the safest seats out there. I know they are pricey but the leg room is important I have leggy kids.

Ok, it is not as bulky as others at first I thought it wasn't as padded but when actually looking at my Graco car seat this one replaced after an accident, I found it is just as padded if not more padded. This is a wonderful seat. My husband has a Honda Accord and the previous seats bulky a took up most of the back seat. This one is compact and I will be buying this one first for all my other children. I love the safety features. I also love that in a compact you can fit three car seats across. I WILL be buying Dino seats in the future for sure!

PERO EN CUESTIÓN DE SEGURIDAD LO RECOMIENDO MUCHO, VALE LA PENA COMPRARLO CUANDO LOS HIJOS ESTÁN PEQUEÑOS, YO LO USE PARA CAMBIAR EL VIEJO ASIENTO DE MI HIJO, PORQUE YA LE QUEDABA PEQUEÑO Y ESTE ESTA MUY BUENO

Great quality product makes us feel that it will do it's job protecting the children. I appreciate the colour-coded paths on the carseat that matches the colour-coding in the instruction manual. Wish there some a way to keep these things cooler because they get quite warm (hold a lot of heat) in the summer.

This seat is amazing. I just ordered a second for my baby! I upgraded my toddler from a safety 1st to this seat. Her head does NOT slump forward when she falls asleep in this seat!! Perfect for long car rides. It’s comfortable and easy for me to buckle/unbuckle. Fits amazing in my 2020 Dodge Grand Caravan with a ton of room still for her older sister to move between the seats to the back (and me as well). Amazing purchase especially when on sale. Well worth the money
