This is the best shower head combo i’ve ever had. Control of the water flow and temp are simple. Its sturdy and seems like it’ll last awhile. I liked it so much i bought another for other shower. The rain head doesn't have any wasted spray like others, you can use both heads at the time with plenty of pressure.

This brand & shower were recommended by my plumber for bathroom remodel. Absolutely love this shower head! Water pressure is amazing! Removable wand simply snaps back into place with strong magnet. Makes cleaning shower simple! Very stylish & modern looking! No leaking from either wand when one is in use!

This was an easy kit to install, and the multiple spray settings work really well. The overall quality feels great, and it leaves little to no water spots. It also fits perfectly on my ½-inch shower arm. It’s also very useful if you have a toddler at home and give them a shower every night. The only downside is that when you turn off the handheld shower, it still drips a bit from the shower head. Other than that, it’s a solid upgrade.

Updated my 90's bathroom. Very nice quality. The magnet that holds the hand held is very strong, no issues of falling off. Lots of flow options on hand held. I love the fact that when using the handheld I can turn the stream on or off. Works great for just washing hair, or dog. The shower head is large, which I appreciate.

This seems to be very well-made, I mostly use the lower spray, both are very powerful. I would recommend. I was under the understanding that some pieces were metal, but I don’t believe that to be true.

Love the shower. However, the mixing valve failed within 6 mo and could not regulate the water temperature. It was all hot or all cold. Pretty frustrating. They sent me a new valve, but I had to pay a plumber to put in. I hope the next one will last longer than 6 mo. This is pretty discouraging for a MOEN product.

Looks great, works great. Its been working great for 6 months now. I couldn't find it locally and it came quickly to my door at a good price. No complaints.

I love this shower. The handpiece attaches with a magnet, so it's easy to take it off and reattach when you need it. Not only is this nice when showering but really handy when cleaning something or washing the dogs. The larger shower head can be adjusted as needed and it's like showering in a rainfall.

The fact that the parts were repackaged and came in a plain cardboard box was a bit concerning; however, once I unpackaged all the pieces and looked them over it was clear that everything was brand new. All parts were accounted for and they even included a Brushed Nickle shower arm and flange which is not part of the product description. They are supposed to be purchased separately so it makes it a great value, gave it 5 due to this. I don't know if I lucked out and got a bonus due to repackaging or if all orders come this way. The shower head, handle and tub spout look great and really updated our shower. Keep in mind that the Tub Spout is a thread on so you will need a slip on adapter if you that type of copper nipple. It would be nice if they included this part but that is my only gripe and its a small one. Install was a breeze.

Good product, we have hard water here and it has not built on the sprayers as of yet.
