A great supplement that helps with blood flow and increases your pump at the gym and the bedroom!

Takes a couple of weeks to build it up in your system. Don't buy more than a bottle at a time. Don't store them in anything other than the bottle that they come in. Moisture gets to them super easily and they disintegrate.

Seem to work ok, but haven't been on them very long.

These work great for me, have no discernable taste, and I've never had any issues with them crumbling or flaking as I have with some other similar tablets. I have always preferred capsules for my Arginine, but these have been just fine. They are a little on the large side and while others may have an issue swallowing them, I never have, although they do have a score across them that should facilitate breaking them in half if needed. While taking three of these a day, my blood pressure is significantly lower, and my hair and nails grow like crazy—not that that is what I am seeking, but it seems to me to be a good indicator of increased HGH.

The product seems fine until I get to the lower portion of the tablets as I use them. The bottom is in crumbs and some course chunks which are to rough to swallow. The crumbs I end up just putting into my drink although it doesn't quite dissolve .
