Cortizone is very effective. I used it a couple of times and I must say it works well.

I recently got into some poison oak / ivy / sumac or something, not sure what, which resulted in a serious looking rash and a relentless and aggressive itch that just would not quit. I knew I had to try something, so I ordered this stuff and it helped big time. The itch went away almost completely and the rash has noticeably decreased. Although I'm still not out of the woods, I believe this cream has helped immensely. If you are in a similar situation, I would recommend buying at least 3 tubes, since you will need to apply this cream twice a day, which is about one tube, and you will need at least 3 days to make a noticeable improvement. For a serious rash/itch you may need twice that amount or possibly more, but even so, it's still cheaper than paying the doctor a huge fee and then paying for a prescription that is going to do the very same thing as this stuff.
