I actually bought this to see if it might help with my blood pressure. I only took 1 pill a day vs the two recommended. My blood pressure did come down about 10 points. I can't say for sure it was this product, but it looks promising to me. I like that it comes with additional vitamins and minerals. Pills are easy to swallow. My energy level has been good and no side effects.

I can't say for sure if this supplement helps lower my blood sugar levels. I haven't tested it in a lab or anything like that. However, after I eat a big meal with a lot of carbs, taking this supplement seems to make me feel better. It helps reduce that uncomfortable feeling I sometimes get after eating too much. Another thing I've noticed is that I sleep better since I started using this supplement. After heavy meals, I find it easier to fall asleep and stay asleep.

Kept my sugars a little lower. But it sticks in my throat a lot. I got a bad gag reflex so it isn’t pretty.

I am very happy to find the Kaya Naturals Healthy Glucose with Bitter Melon herbal supplements to help me maintain control of my diet and give me more of what I am looking for in an herbal supplement. I had tried more expensive supplements and am very satisfied with the quality of these capsules and the price of the 60 day supply I ordered. These don't have dust or taste bad when I take them.

I bought 2 bottles of this, hoping it would help balance my blood sugar. I was takong Cylon cinnamon & berberine. Hope this 1 will take the place of all the other. It may take a little longer. I will check back if it changes.

This product does work but you need to keep a diet and exercise. I am taking this because my previous supplements were discontinued. So I found these but I have to take more than two tablets a day and other supplements. They do work if you don’t want to take regular RX. Medication. I noticed that with the diet and exercise, they will work. I ordered another bottle.
