Works for the most part

Move selector to the left and it scans fine. Shuts off when not in use. Move selector to the right and it doesn't shut off. Drains the battery.

I bought a 2018 Chevy Equinox and I had a low tire pressure warning. I filled the supposedly low tire from a compressor with no pressure gauge and my vehicle monitor didn't change.Turns out my tires had been rotated but not reset.I bought this dual GM/FORD tire relearn tool because other members of my family have both.I followed the instruction in my owners manual and it was an easy quick fix. Tip-put the antenna/probe of the relearn tool on the valve stem

Save your money and time on this item. Useless

Very little information on how to set up and use this device. Gives instructions on how to change it from Ford to GM but it gives the same setting number for both cars. I do not recommend this at all.
