Endless Summer 30" Gas Outdoor Fire Pit Table with Resin Mantel

This is great! I purchased this as a Christmas gift for my parents and they love it! • Shipping – The package arrived in 3 days, just in time for Christmas Eve! • Packaging – This fire pit was packaged incredibly well (it weighs 70lb so it was a bit awkward to maneuver) and nothing was broken or bent. Each piece had its own Styrofoam partition • Assembling - Unfortunately, my parents didn't have power on Christmas Eve when they opened this so I had to put it together in the dark with the help of candles and the light from their fireplace. It only took me about 30 minutes and all I needed was a Phillips screwdriver. The top piece was very thick and sturdy and all the pieces went together easily. The only issue was making sure the legs were in the correct place so that the door ended up by the propane tank controls. I initially put them in the wrong spot but it only took a minute to change them around. • Aesthetics – Overall, this piece looks great! The top table part is high quality and sturdy and the side pieces are oil rubbed bronze and look hammered • Fire Pit Cover – When I read the product description, it listed a cover but I assumed it was a cover just for the heating elements and lava rocks. So, I ended up ordering a canvas cover from another seller. When we opened the box, there was actually a black cover (looks waterproof) included so I’ll be sending the extra cover back. I’m not sure how long it’ll hold up from the weather in Michigan but I’m just happy it came included. • Heating Ability - Since there was no power on Christmas Eve, we decided to fire this up to heat the living room up and it ended up making the room too hot and we had to turn it down. I definitely did not expect this to throw out as much heat as it did! As far as issues with ignition, we just held the starter button in for a few seconds while firing it up and had no problems.

Amazing! Love this! Great sturdy product and value for the price. Quick shipping, arrived in about 4 weekdays, in time for the holidays. Adds great ambiance. Exactly as expected although I thought it came with a table top cover, to cover the lava rock area, to double as a table top when not in use, - it does come with a full rain cover though that is not that visually appealing if it isn't lit. The Amazon comments Q&A said it did come with both, and there is a similar model at Lowes which does come with both so I will contact the company to double check. Even though no table top cover, still very happy with the purchase and I can try to buy one separately in the future or might make a simple one to keep out dust and dirt if its not lit and not raining so it can stay protected from elements and double as a table top. It was very quick and easy to assemble and lit right up. Nice high mesmerizing flames, warm and cozy - based on the size I am not expecting it to warm the whole yard when its freezing out but it does have some nice heat. Really like that the propane tank is hidden inside the table base. It lit right up and we burned it a couple hours. Retried it again a few times to make sure it would relight on its own and so far so good. Some reviews said the igniter was problematic and they had to use a lighter to light it while pressing the ignition knob, so I will update if it gives me problems in the future. Loving it, can't wait to light it up again tonight and over the holidays. Very happy with purchase.

We love having this on our back deck. Good looking product that puts out a lot of heat. Will be upgrading to some decorative glass vs. the lava rocks soon. Works nicely as a table and/or beverage holder. Its nice having the extra propane tank if the grill runs out as well. Makes for a fun night around a fire and not smelling like a campfire. My wife hates the campfire smell but loves fir and heat, so this has been a great addition to our deck! The only reason I gave it 4 stars is that the cover is very cheap and lightweight. It would be much better in my opinion with a metal cover that only covers the rocks and burner. This isn't even available as an extra add on purchase which was disappointing. Being big and somewhat bulky, it was great having it delivered to our door step for this price. Sure beats lugging it around a store and trying to jam in your car. Highly recommended!

I have had firepits before. Yes, we all had the huge octagonal one from costco. This one is not as large (it's a bit over 30, but that is still a great size to gather and sit drinks or small plates on) but it is nice, solid, and looks great. It came with instructions and I set it up all by myself. One tip though, they tell you to attach the legs but don't tell you two are different. As the Slate top is UPSIDE DOWN on a soft carpet spin it so the lighting switch is facing you. On the corner to your right attach the leg that has the magnet and on your corner to the left attach the leg that has two small welded 'holes' jutting out. Not a big deal but that tidbit would have saved me about 15 minutes. I built it, put in my propane tank, and lit it. I read the comments here about not staying lit. Here is something I learned a long time ago with propane circles. IF the circle is not warm, it doesn't "draw" the propane into it as easily...so just hold the switch in on high and count to sixty. That is enough time to warm the circle and you shouldn't have any problems after that. I am really pleased about this product.
