I originally purchased these multis a few years back when I was trying to grow out my hair. I suspected I had a nutrient deficiency and looked back on photos trying to remember what I had done when I returned home and again started to try and regrow my hair lost from the stress of traveling. It was these!!! This multivitamin is very complete in the vitamins and minerals it provides without going overboard on any. (I for example break out from 33,000% DV of Biotin). I like that Garden of Life sources their vitamins and minerals from real foods, (at least that is the claim and the scent of the multi leads me to believe this is so) and after 2 months back on these, my hair has grown very much! That said it is not a fix all and you definitely want to make sure your diet is supporting your goals, but in my opinion this is a very solid multivitamin and has not caused any upset for me. I take them with food -- 1 with breakfast and 1 with dinner. I don't know if spacing them out helps, but it has been working so far and my hair is darker and stronger than it has been in a long time! If you are taking these for hair related issues, be patient, be consistent, and be kind to yourself... they will work!

Best vitamins! Habe ordered several times. These did not make my stomach sick. And they actually gave me a little energy too. Excellent brand, and good quality.

This vitamin has really made me feel so good. I do eat well, but I don’t get everything in my diet. I do recommend this vitamin.

I bought these vitamins after my blood worked showed I had low iron and I wanted to get a good quality vitamin. These work great at bringing my iron back to a normal level and helping me stay healthy and increase my energy. They are made from good quality organic ingredients. My hairdresser even commented on my hair growth at my last appointment. These vitamins do not leave a bad after taste. Highly recommend.

I have Celiac and hypothyroidism and although I eat well, I never feel well. I buy individual vitamins (I try to keep it quality) but there's so many to keep track of and its a pain in the butt. Plus I only take about 4 and I'm missing the rest. I bought these as a last ditch effort. My husband noticed a change in me and asked what I've been doing lately because I haven't been complaining about headaches and hot flashes and over whelming fatigue and leg pain. I was startled because I guess I had been SO BUSY CLEANING AND ORGANIZING that I hadn't stopped to wonder that myself. But it's true. I have so much more energy now and whatever nutrient my body was lacking has been corrected. My only issue, and I'm not sure it's an issue as it may be the ingredient helping me, is the iron. For the first four days of taking these (2 a day) I had awful stomach pain. It was the dull-ache kind right under your rib cage- ulcer pain. Ugh. After some research, I realized the culprit was iron. I took Nexium for about three days and only took one vitamin a day. The pain cleared up. I would like to try adding the second pill in around dinner and see if that doesn't make my stomach hurt. I suppose it would be nice to have a version of these without iron and then I could take one with, and one without. Anyway, I HIGHLY recommend this vitamin. It has very good and absorbable forms of necessary nutrients.

Good vitamins and do not upset your stomach I have a very sensitive stomach to vitamins and these have been Great as they don’t not make me nauseous. They also don’t supper nasty taste either. I’d say they are worth the money I struggle to find vitamins that work well without upsetting my stomach and tasting horrible. So I’d recommend these. They don’t have a strong smell either. They also seem to be effective as Well.

I tried to switch these vitamins with another and I was disappointed. These are a great buy and good tasting. You may have to take more but you feel better when taking the amount prescribed. In addition I like that the vitamins are sourced from natural ingredients.

I like these vitamins better than the One A Day brand and Olly. I feel like it seems to work better. I got the flu recently and had been taking this vitamins everyday since the flu while staying hydrated. I did not take any flu medication as I was too tired to leave the house. It has definitely helped me recover a lot faster. The last time I was sick, I was sick for 2months without any medicine and vitamins. Do you know how terrible it is to have congestion for 2 months? I did not believe vitamins would do anything but oh man was I wrong.
