It is a known fact that “moist heat” is a lot more deeply penetrating and effective and this does just that! The moist heat is so comforting on my sore, strained eyes and painful sinuses. Those silica beads which are contained inside the mask naturally produce the perfectly soothing moist heat to relieve pain. I just bought the larger heat pad after trying this mask for the first time. Genius product! Highly recommend!

This mask when you keep it in the refrigerator to make it cool is great for tired eyes.

I like how this mask can be tossed in the microwave to supply relaxing heat or tossed in the freezer to supply soothing coolness. It does not retain either temperature for long, though. The mask is also a little heavy to he supported by the velcro strap it comes with, but it's fine if you're head is tilted back in a reclined position. Overall it's a good mask.

Buying this changed my relationship with my b-hole sinuses. I have year around allergy issues, and with that comes dry, achy sinuses or swollen, mucus filled sinuses. Every day is a delight. THIS fantastic little beans bag however, has vastly improved my world. I need to buy a second one for work so I can stop transporting it every day. I throw it on my face for 10-15 minutes on a break, and it eases my discomfort better than any pill. I throw it on before bed (I can't sleep with it on but that's just me) and it's lights out in about 10 minutes.

I loved this mask for multiple reasons. Its color is perfect for me. The material is soft. Easily heated in microwave. Doesn’t get to hot so you don’t need to worry about burning your face as long as you follow manufacturer’s guidelines.

I was hoping for better. The product doesn’t stay warm for long (heat is better for my issues). The mask is comfortable on my face and the thickness seems fine but the velcro securing is not the best - it gets caught in my hair. It is convenient as maybe a quick 10-15 minute relief tool but you’ll have to warm it up again.

Fits comfortably around the eyes and is soft made with wonderful and high quality materials highly recommend

I should have paid a little more and gotten a better mask. This one is small and poorly made = the opening at the top is rough and scratchy and the mask does not conform to the shape of your face. Going to donate this one and buy a nicer one.

I really like this eye mask and own two. The plush, soft material is super comfortable and the mask conforms very comfortably with the eyes. When heated it does exude moisture, though not as much as an actual wet compress. After heating in a microwave, the heat in the mask will dissipate in a few minutes, which is normal for any kind of compress or mask, unless it is battery powered. Generally super comfortable and well made. Highly recommended.
