Superstar II Glass Grinder

So far so good!!! Feels nice and its good for a beginner like me. I watched you tube videos on it and that explains more than the papers it comes with.

Have used Glastar brand grinders since 1984. Bought as a gift for my daughter who makes and sales-stained glass pieces on her web page. Great quality and value for your money. I have never had a problem with any of their grinders in the 40+ years I have used them.

I HAVE A PREVIOUS ONE THAT I TOOK TO MY CLASSROOM AND MY WIFE ASKED FOR A NEW ONE FOR HOME / SHE WAS RIGHT, THE NEW ONE IS PERFECT FOR HOME AND THE OLD ONE IS PERFECT FOR MY CLASSMATES

The motor had been mis-installed at a slight angle which caused the shaft to bind on the platform. This alignment issue froze he shaft so it could not turn. The motor just buzzed under the strain, but could not move the grinder head. I had to return it and bought from another manufacturer.

I bought this for my mom when she took up stained glass. She loves it and uses it on every project. It’s a solid well built machine.

Exactly what I needed. Definitely recommend it
