If my family played all the available games and decided to give it to another family, would they be able to play it?

Yes. The game is easily reset-able. There are just two decks of cards used. Nothing is written on or folded.

is there replay ability to this?

No. There are 2 scenarios in the box, once played though that’s it. I have a feeling they may release more scenarios or boxes if the game is successful, but as of yet just the 2 in the box.
