Delicious!
I think it taste great.I put ice in a glass, mix half tea and half evaported milk. i have not tried it with regular milk. it is sweet and creamy.original is better. tried the unsweetened, did not taste right.one can of evaporated milk will make 3 glasses.$16 will make you 8 servings. beats $6 each serving at a store.Edit: My wife and 2 adult children dont like it.I've gotten lazy, i just use 2% regular milk now.revising my review to it tastes ok. not as good as something you would buy at a boba shop.i will continue to buy, i just odered 2 more.I enjoy sitting in the back patio and sipping on a glass once a week.

Concentrated? Not so much.
As if it wasn't already a shame to now have to pay outrageous amounts of money for things you NEED, on the offhand chance you decide to scrape up a little extra money to get something you enjoy (seldomly) here comes this liquid lie in a box. Thai Iced Tea should be dark orange in color and has a distinct flavor of vanilla, black tea and possibly unicorn tears. The directions say to mix with milk in a 1:1 ratio. Well, the results were NOTHING like the sweet, orange, heavy creamed elixir that is so different (and so damn good) and yet exactly the same every time- one comes to expect a certain standard in something a simple as a beverage. The vanilla is faint. The sweetness is faint and the color isn't even close to what I expected this "CONCENTRATED" version of Thai Iced Tea to appear even before the milk was added.Shame on this company and those who distribute it for charging this ridiculous amount of money for such a disappointment. I blame myself for taking the risk and trying something more convenient than my tried and true loose leaf Thai tea and sweetened condensed milk. And the last kick in the teeth was discovering that no refund was possible. So be forwarned and save your money for the real deal.

Truly authentic!
This tea is wonderful. It tastes just the way I remember from when I flew for Pan Am and spent many wonderful layovers in Bangkok. The very distinctive flavor brought me back to my flying days in Thailand.

So good. It's the great quality as the Thai restaurants I've been in.
I'm getting addicted to this product. It's really good. Just add milk.

Ratios are very important
Honestly the first few tries with this were disgusting. I was drinking it because I didn’t want to waste food or my money, but the last serving I had a figured out the right ratio of oat milk and almond creamer to concentrate with ice and a little bit of sweetener. Was it good? Only with the right ratios. Do I remember those ratios? No. Would I buy it again? No, it’s not worth it.

Yummy and no irritating dye
Happy to say this tastes delicious. I tried regular Thai iced tea and the orange dye was irritating to my throat. Thaiwala is the only brand I’ve found that doesn’t have artificial dye.

WOW IS STUFF IS NASTY AND CAN NOT BE RETURNED
This doesn’t look like Thai tea. This doesn’t taste like Thai tea it’s nasty. Please Beware. In the photo you’ll see I purchased two different brands. One was this one which is a concentrate and the other one is a powder. The powder was delicious with a beautiful orange color. BUT this stuff should be pulled from the market. There is something really bad about this or maybe there’s something wrong with the 2 containers that I received because it was dark brown in color not at all like Thai tea in any way AT ALL. Tasted horrible with a BAD gritty aftertaste.
