Standard length is pretty short, get the long
Standard Length: The way the velcro is sewn on this band it doesn't leave you much room to play with if you have adult sized wrists. The hooks are half the length of the band instead of just being 1-2 inches near the end so you need to pull the band pretty tight to get a purchase on the loops of the velcro. The velcro loops should have extended much further to allow for more adjustable length. The overall length of the fabric would have been fine if the velcro was better. I don't have large wrists and I can barely secure the watch and it definitely wouldn't stay tight during activities/work so I ordered a bigger one. That being said however, I think the quality is great and the fabric is flexible and comfortable. The 18mm width size that I ordered was accurate and they included new spring clips and a spring clip tool. Installed the band in about 45 seconds. I love the look with my casio protrek and it gives it a much needed comfort that the standard silicone bands that came with it did not. (EDIT:) Over the course of 2 years I've had to buy 3 or so bands as the stitching tends to rip and the velcro separates away from the plastic. It only has a single thread on the sides holding the two strips together and I feel that a double stitch would have solved this problem or at least prolonged the band's failure. As well there comes a certain point where it builds up so much sweat/dirt that washing it doesn't get the smell out anymore and I end up having to put deodorant on the inside of the band and eventually replacing it. I could probably remove the watch face and soak the band in a solution or something but that's a lot more work and it's easier to buy a new one lol.

Really solid watch band.
I like velcro watch bands because bands with buckles never seem to fit me quite right. I can adjust a velcro band so it fits just right, not too tight and not too loose. I've tried a lot of them with a lot of different watches. This one may be my all time favorite. I paired this band with my Casio ProTrek 2500 using the 22mm regular length version. It fits great, it's very snug and very comfortable. I really like the fact that even if one of the watch pins comes off, the watch will not leave the band, even though this is very unlikely with the bolts the ProTrek uses. However, that's a good feature for someone who is going to subject their watch to some rough handling. This does mean, though, that you will have to remove the pins to install this particular band, you can't just thread the band through with the pins attached. The velcro holds securely, I've never had the watch come undone. Part of this is that my particular watch takes a 22mm band, and the wider the band, the greater the hold. I've taken this watch hiking through plenty of rough terrain, and the webbing and the velcro is still in very good shape. I'm sure given enough use eventually the band will need to be replaced, but it shows no sign of fraying or loosening after several months of hard use. I've worn a bunch of velcro watch bands over the years. I think this is the best one I've owned. If I ever need another one, I'll be looking to replace it with the same model.

Nice strap; just beware the pin removal tool
This is a nice, simple strap, comfortable and easy to wear, and it will probably get easier still as time goes on and the strap develops a sort of crease where I bend it back over the buckle part. Like at least one other reviewer, I'm not a fan of the big logo on the strap and, knowing I was going to follow his lead and go over the logo with a black Sharpie to make it as invisible as possible, I bought the strap with the gray logo. That seemed the least conspicuous color to me, and indeed, the Sharpie invisible-ized it nicely - it now looks like the black-on-black logo arrangement I would have gone for if the manufacturer had offered it. This strap came with a pin removal tool and two replacement lug pins, but I'm glad I ordered and received another band when I did this one because I didn't have a pin removal tool at the time and the one that came with this strap was inadequately finished, leaving it very rough and sharp on one side, such that if I hadn't noticed that and had used it to remove my lug pins, I might well have scratched the heck out of my lugs. The tool that came with the ArtStyle Watch Band with Ballistic Nylon Material Strap and High-End Black Buckle was high-quality and well-finished and I used that to do the job without incident (other than a tiny one born of my own carelessness and haste). I can recommend this strap - just not the pin removal tool that comes with it. * * * Update * * * - I just bought and installed another one on my new Vostok Komandirskie with the vivid red face and bezel, and I'm particularly excited about this one because I was very much taken with the beauty of this watch when I received it - it's *way* prettier in person than it is in the photos, and the photos were pretty enough to inspire me to buy the thing in the first place - but when I bought it, it wasn't available with a black strap; only with camouflage straps, none of which (in my opinion, at least) came close to looking good with that red face. So I had a gorgeous watch (and a Russian one at that! Being part-Russian, I love my Russian products) that I refused to wear because of what I felt was a hideous strap. Enter a new Ivappon strap, and my Komandirskie now looks stunning - strap and all - and I can wear it without wanting to hide every time a human or squirrel comes within 500 yards of me due to crippling embarrassment caused by Ugly Strap Syndrome. Thank you, Ivappon, for making this strap in a 20mm width too!

Simple to install.
As expected. No surprises.

Check wrist size...
Great heavy duty band. I ordered the regular and it was a bit too short for my 8" wrist. Got the longer strap and fits much better.

Eats Sweatshirts for breakfast, lunch and dinner
This is a really nice, very secure, very comfortable and durable watch band. The only problem with it and why I no longer wear it is that it eats, shreds, destroys long sleeve sweatshirts. My uniform is always a sweatshirt (I'm old, live in cold country and just never stay warm) so a vast majority of my sweatshirt sleeve ends up along the velco band. If it doesn't do that the velco pills the sweatshirt sleeve. I've tried clipping the "teeth" of the band..unsuccessfully. There really is no value to having the "teeth" of the band extend beyond the center of the watch band...in my opinion. YET it does and eats sweatshirts. I've opted for a silicon band ... ultra smooth, equally comfortable and eats nothing :-)

Replacement Velcro band
Finally, something that works perfectly. I’m ordering extra bands now.

Good Quality Velcro Strap
These are pretty good, relatively-comfortable straps. The main, inner part of the strap is 25mm for all sizes and it finished nicely such that it does not chafe (unlike like some other straps like this on Amazon). You then have to chose the width of the outer loop that you will thread behind your watch spring bars. Because of the buckle at the end of this strap, you have to remove and reinstall your existing spring bars over the strap. It can be a little bit fiddly to smash the strap down into the gap between the lugs while getting the spring bar back in. I am currently using the 18mm version on my Casio G-Shock DW-5600, and it works great. G-Shocks typically have 16mm lugs, but the 18mm nylon mesh has no issues cramming between them. The 25mm main strap looks great on the square G-Shocks. Believe it or not, the comically-small Casio F-91W and its many siblings also look pretty good on the 18mm version this strap (F-94WA shown here). It almost looks like it is integrated into the strap. There are two lengths available that determine how much of the velcro flap will be hanging out between the end of the 25mm inner band and the buckle. If you have a wrist smaller than ~7", the long strap will not close far enough around your wrist because the velcro is sewn nearly to the edge of the inner strap. This brings me to my one negative about this strap: the velcro flap has sharp edges that will dig into your wrist in this overhang area. I was able to smooth these edges with some 300 grit sandpaper, which helped a lot. What helps more is choosing a size that minimizes this overhang. I have a ~7" wrist and seem to be right in between sizes, depending on what watch I mount to it. I use the "regular" length on the F-91W and the "long" length on the G-Shock (which just barely gets tight enough). The version with the steel buckle grips the velcro flap more tightly from the sides than the plastic buckle. This makes it easier to put the watch on with the flap already threaded through the loop. The plastic buckle "takes-up" slightly more of the velcro flap than the steel one.
