i bought these to help me get through chemo, to help prevent neuropathy, worked great on feet with the straps and used on hands holding the bags. i will suggest this to anyone going through chemo treatment. i bought large and small size and the straps. great value for your money!

This Strap came in very handy to hold an ice bag onto my knee after major injury to kneecap and surgery. It allows me to lie down and keep the bag in place or move about a little while icing.

The strap is hard to get onto the lip of the ice bag and is on the small side as far as length. If you want it for an ankle or something then it will be fine but otherwise I don't see it being useful for much

I asked my husband if he wanted this cause his Knee been hurting and the ice pack kept slipping off. He tells me no a waste. I buy it anyways next time his knee started up i used it Well let me tell you He loves it does it job of keeping in place and he don't have to move to adjust it no more.
