The quality is nice the strength of this material is great. This material is amazing grap for your hand. For daily had exercise this machine provide me amazing results.

Just started to use this product. First impression is good. We can adjust the tension of the spring according to our need.overall very good.

I found that the mark to adjust it from 5-65 kg was wrongly printed (printed on the wrong side). When the grip is actually set in 65kg, the mark shows it as 5kg and vice versa as you adjust it. Other than that, it was working nicely and I am satisfied.

Waiste of money, broke in a month, I would suggest to go for domyos from decathlon.
