Just got my leather notebook cover and it looks and feels great. 2 things were a quzzle for me. 1. Making sure the size fit my notebook 2 how to add the extra band that comes with it. 1. It fits my 5.5 x 8.5 perfectly 2. That's the band you use to connect two notebook refills together. Take two refills and open them and slip the band around both of them so they're connected as a single unit, then slip the left one under the band inside the Traveler's notebook. The band linking the two refills will be what holds them in the Traveler's note book. I would buy again and give it as gifts!

This notebook cover is Excellent!!! The smell of the leather and the way it feels all spells quality. I am not bothered by natural marks on the outside. That happens with real leather. The outside is smooth. Inside it feels like suede. This cover fits my favorite note books perfectly. It makes journaling and writing to do lists fun. And it keeps me organized!!! I would definitely buy this cover again as a gift!

It was exactly what I wanted. No frills, just a nice, simple leather cover for my planner and sketchbook. Good thickness and texture, which is important because I take it everywhere with me, so It will end up taking a lot of abuse. My only discrepancy is that it has a "squiggle" drawn on the inside cover. I'm not sure if this was some kind of quality assurance inspection approval mark but it's pretty big and ugly. Not a HUGE deal for me but I'm sure the average consumer would complain.

I am so pleased with it! The journal has purse-like leather. It is very smooth and attractive. You could absolutely give it as a gift to a man or a woman. I have a couple of the Midori A5 journals tucked inside. The leather is thicker than Midori covers, but it is supple. I was very surprised how nice it is compared to the price!

I use traveller’s notebooks exclusively. The A5 September Leather TN is pictured here on the left next to two B6 notebooks that cost quite a lot more. The other two have stitch finished edges and internal pockets. They were worth the cost but so is the September Leather notebook! Despite it being a single string, if you look closely, you can see u have 5 inserts in mine - 3 of the typical TN insert size as well as 2 more substantial softcover A5 notebooks. I have no regrets about the purchase. And while it isn’t stitched, the edges are clearly burnished and rounded for a finished look. The cuts are clean and straight. And while the packaging wasn’t my favourite, it also wasn’t bad. I would still recommend it for gifting. The A5 is the same size as the iPad mini, so I also sometimes carry my smaller iPad inside it in a thin case secured around the central string when travelling for an added layer of protection and convenience. Honestly, $20 for an A5 TN is a steal when it’s well done and this is.

It’s a wonderful light notebook that impressed with just the packaging. Having opened it, it does not appear to have any smell to the leather. The paper of the stock notebook is quite nice. Feels a bit like writing on silk and not at all scratchy when using my fountain pen. The value this product is top notch.

This product is affordable and beautiful! For those of you looking to find a cheap option to house your travelers notebooks you’ve found it! This fits my Moleskine Expanded and I’m sure a few more smaller notebooks if I wanted. The leather is soft, and the perfect thickness. This is the best item I’ve purchased in a long while.

I knew when I ordered this, that it was a lovely cover. I also knew it came with an insert. Why? Because I ordered one for a present this past Christmas. This time though, even with the same price, there was no insert. So buyers, be warned. Sigh... I guess they needed to update their advertisement here.

A beautiful journal cover. Excellent quality and arrived in perfect condition with one lined insert and an extra band. Have already added a blank insert for drawing. Great size and will clearly take a few more inserts if required. Very happy with this product and would definitely recommend.

Worth the money

Is as described. A plain brown traveler’s notebook with one band and a spare. Didn’t fit my notebooks especially well, but that’s because I went for notebooks rather than refills.
