My husband had one of these books and swore by it, he ended up losing the book when moving and had to purchase another.

This is not a book that you are going to read before bed or curl up on a cold winter night with. It is a book of tables but when you need them you have them. It is true that many financial calculator programs but most people don't know how to use them and besides this is quicker!

The Book DOES cover loans from 2% and higher. Many others on Amazon start at 5%.Good deal. Reasonable shipping time.The old days of Amazon Prime next day or two delivery are long gone. If you get anything from Amazon nowadays in 3-5 days, you should consider yourself lucky.I ordered another book from Amazon a month ago and it took 17 days to go four states from the shipper to me.

I would have liked the book to be set up with amount borrowed, and interest being charged, with monthly $$ necessary to pay the loan within X amount of time. The format was harder for me, but I was able to get necessary information to add to my loan payment to pay the loan off earlier. Thanks.

I have no dislikes about this book; this book is a wonderful and an invaluable tool for home-buyers, car loans, etc... especially for a new-comer who wants to find out how much a user is paying for based on the loan amount, term (in years), and how much he (or she) is paying per month. Thanks!!! :)

This book was suggested to me based on recommendations from a friend. I got it not knowing what to expect but it was exactly as he said and very precise with info. If you are looking for it to have words don't purchase it. It is literally a breakdown table for interest and loans.

Figure out what those payments are costing you and how long or how soon you'll be out of hock.
