Can it fit a hard drive and a ssd?

Yes, 3.5" HDD can fit on the "roof" of the case if your CPU cooler doesn't interfere, and a 2.5" SSD mounts to the right of the motherboard below the PSU

I have a 240mm cpu aio cooler and 120mm gpu (2080 ti) cooler. is there enough mounting space for that in this case?

For most people, no there's not enough space to have both a 240 and a 2-slot GPU. In your case, yes you can, but it's not recommended since the highest point of your loop will be the pump on your CPU. I'd recommend trading in for a 120mm CPU cooler. Mount the CPU cooler on the rear and the GPU cooler on the front.

is the handle on there to make it easier to throw off a bridge?

The handle is very strong, and I guess if you wanted to, you could swing your arm to throw it. I really like this case. I have it on a rolling desk and there have been a few times where my dogs have run behind my PC and the tower has slipped and hit the floor; with no damage. My only issue is I have a hard time getting the clear, side [anel on when/if it comes off (however my husband informs me that it is "user error" and not the case) lol.
