Teething issues
Bought 2, returned 2. 1st one something physical in the hinge of the lid broke and rendered the laptop unworkable. The replacement had an issue where, when you closed the lid, it flicked to tablet mode. Even though I turned the setting to off. Very frustrating. Have decided as much as it looks nice and worked nice, when it worked, I rather a more reliable laptop than this one.

Great laptop for the price
I was a little hesitant when purchasing this laptop, as I was unfamiliar with the brand. I can say that I am pleasantly surprised how decent this laptop actually is, especially for the price. Build quality is great. The touchscreen works well, and tablet mode works well also. For regular everyday tasks, it's great. It isn't lighting fast, but it isn't sluggish. If you're looking for something that can handle more intense usage, such as a gaming or editing platform this isn't for you. Nor is is labelled as such. The only drawback in my eyes is the battery life. Sadly, it drain very, very quickly. Overall, I'm happy with my purchase.

Smooth and futuristic with a fashionably late charger
I’m very happy with this laptop, especially for the price. I was blown away by how thin and light it was, and so far it works perfectly. I love the touchscreen and the smoothness it brings to the whole process. It’s also substantially faster than some laptops I compared it to when trying things out in curry’s - even some bigger laptops with less features and a higher price point. It unfortunately arrived with the wrong charger but their customer services department, while not the fastest to respond, were very helpful and resolved the issue to my satisfaction. This was well worth the rocky start and I definitely recommend it.

Fine product, ruined by electrical contact problems.
This is a nice slick laptop and very stylish. Bought with a £40 discount, meaning it was very competitively priced. Unfortunately I had to return it as the display (monitor) simply shuts down when it is moved from one position to another. This malfunction started after only a day of use. I tried a few more days to see if problem will resolve but unfortunately it didn’t. This is a real shame as, otherwise, it would have been an excellent product. I hope the manufacturers are able to sort out this problem, which appears to be an electrical contact issue.

My nice looking bad computer
I got my nice laptop and it worked for a whole 5 mins and went dead was unable to get it to work again. Then I tried to charge it but the adapter I got with it was the wrong one had to pack it up to send it back but on a good note it looked good a bit like jeramy Corbyn what you see is not always the best ??.

Four laptops purchased - Malicious code located and very poor customer service.
I purchased four of these laptops on Black Friday at what I thought was a great price given the spec, to replace the aging Lenovos within my company. If I was happy it was my intention to purchase twelve more. I issued the first two laptops to my agents within the three weeks of delivery and retired their Lenovos. I was very impressed with the machines and the early reports from staff were favourable regarding performance, speed and display. The other two laptops were put in to storage until they could be swapped out in to the field. They were needed halfway through January upon opening the boxes to put our company software on the computers before issuing them to staff it became obvious that the two machines had the wrong chargers. The two machines had what appear to be telephone chargers (see image of the incorrect charger with the correct charger alongside). This is whewre problems started. Amazon refused to exchange the computers like for like due to an increase in price. I have contacted Xidu six times since January by email and not yet had a response. They seem very proud of their customer care but they don't seem interested in responding to my problem. At that point all I wanted to do was replace the chargers During my time attempting to contact Xidu one of the first computers issued was returned to my office because it had corrupted some previously saved documents by altering the lanuage to a mixture of what I assume is Chinese and mathmatical signs. Our IT tech initially thought it was a virus but after working with the computer discovered code hidden on the laptop that he believed allowed remote access and could enable the machine to be used in a DOS attack without the user being aware. He has managed to isolate the code and I will make it available to Xidu should they ever decide to contact me. This was not a virus but a specifically written piece of malicious code that would not show up on virus scans etc.. In the meantime I am left with four laptops that I dare not use, two of which could not be used in any event as they cannot be charged and nowhere to go. Amazon have been less trhan helpful, initially refusing to exchange and then supplying contact details for Xidu which were incorrect and would not link to the company. Beware - Be very careful
