A perfect, delicious, voluptuous udon noodle! Just like an an Udon noodle should be. My only criticism would be that the price kind of tends to fluctuate and can be a bit high, but I'm not sure I've seen it so high that it wasn't worth the money. The texture is fantastic

I'm confused by some of the one star reviews. Reading them almost stopped me for buying. I think they have a good texture. I nuked them for a minute and they were great when my fav sauce was added. I'm sure they would be fine in soup too. Some people said they were too expensive. 3 servings for 5 bucks. Expensive? And one guy complained when they went bad on his shelf for several months. Several months? Get something dry if you want to do that! One person said they turned to mush in his soup. Mine were springy plump little slurps of yummy. Regardless, I like them, they taste good to me, good texture, fat like they should be, i just ordered more.

Used in a stir fry and a couple more recipes I would normally throw egg noodles into. We enjoyed them, and will buy them again. There was no smell,they were simple to dip in warm water before adding to meal. Used very little water as you don't need to boil them in a pot of water. They don't have a noticeable taste, just add nice texture to make your meal more interesting.

With the right sauces it tastes like a restaurant dish

I'm very pleased, although it's not as thick as the udon noodles at the restaurant. this is already cooked, so it's just heat and eat. keep in mind you want to add these last to the dish you're making. get everything else flavored how you want it first and you'll be copacetic. why only 3 stars? because this is no exotic dish, it is noodles. this shouldn't cost $21. give me a break. if it was $11, then you've got 5 stars.
