Quality Tool at a Fair Price
The float works very well and is well constructed. Should last a very long time, especially for occasional, DIY users.

Worked great!
I’ve done a lot of concrete in the military so I have experience with it. I had two smaller pads at my house to do. One 27 foot walkway and 9x8 porch. This worked great. If you’re doing anything larger than that I would probably recommend getting a larger bull float. People that say it’s not heavy enough were just trying to work concrete that was setting to quickly and they should have sprayed a little water on it or starting floating it sooner. Timing is everything on concrete. This worked perfectly for my small concrete work.

Good tool for the price
At the price point, I think it was a good tool. I did my first ever concrete slab for a shed with this float, and generally got a pretty nice finish. It was hard to not get any lines when floating an 8x16 slab, but some of that may have been my inexperience. I’m not sure when I’ll use this tool again.. but it easily paid for itself on this one project.

Great DIY concrete float
Well made small float which is perfect for DIY projects. The only "issue" is that it has a "clevis" joint. I was going to just drill a hole in a 1x2 as a handle but purchased a "broom" adapter so I could use my professional extendable painting poles. That adapter is a MARSHALLTOWN Broom Adapter #6515 also available on amazon. The combination was cost effective for a DIY project. Professionals will want a bigger 48" float, but this is great for DIY types that don't have the experience to control a big float.

Well made
This is a basic float head without a handle. The handle attachment bracket is adjustable both side to side and rotationally. The channel that allows for side to side adjustment must be thoroughly cleaned out after use so the bracket can slide left or right.

reasonable priced tool
I don't pour cement, but this was much easier than bending down with a 2x4 and if your trying to save money and pouring your own slab, do yourself a favor and get this tool and pool. It's not heavy duty nor cheap. I took me a while to adjust it just right but after a few trial and error, it worked well for me. I am not saying that it looks professional, just a lot better than a 2x4 and your back will thank you.

Works great, is light so you have to work a little harder to get it to work properly.
This tool is a great float to use on small concrete jobs. It is fairly light so you have to “jigggle” it as you use it to get it to push the aggregate down and bring the cream to the surface. Once I figured that out it went a lot smoother. A standard bull float will perform better on larger concrete jobs because they’re heavier. For something like side walks or small patios this will do just fine.

Great for sidewalks. Little small for large areas. But works great for what I'm using it for.

I mounted a piece of 1x6 mahogany board to the underside so it fits more to my liking.
