Not all probiotics are created equal! I have been buying these probiotics for a few years now and they’re the only ones I will use. Originally purchased after my midwife had said certain strains of bacteria in probiotics support fertility. I could really only find the specific strains she suggested to look for here. After we became pregnant and had our baby, I tried other brands because it didn’t matter to me at the time, but I 100% noticed a difference in my gut health/being bloated if I changed probiotics. I keep this one on auto ship each month. The company recommends taking two per day and for a while I did while pregnant but now I usually only need to take one pill because they’re pretty powerful and I find that they are effective at relieving my gut symptoms with only one. I find that they’re so easy to swallow as well because they’re small capsules.

Just a short review the box was damaged the top of it taped down and some of it torn. The only reason I kept it, is because the bottle was perfectly sealed otherwise I would of returned. Cannot provide a full review because I just picked this up. Will come back to give a more detailed review and how it works.

I’ve been taking this product for probably about a year now & I love it.

I bought this product to have a healthy gut to digest foods, and therefore increase my brain health. The healthy bacteria in this product need prebiotic fiber in order to produce what the body uses to make the healthy brain chemicals. I chose this product specifically because it includes the prebiotic fiber with the probiotic strains of bacteria in the capsule. Thought it was a good value for 30 day supply. The capsules are very small, easy to swallow and one serving is two capsules. But they’ve included 66 capsules so it is a 30 day supply.

This product didn’t really affect me I did feel slightly better from bloating. The pill is easy to take but I often forgot 1 because you’re supposed to take 2 a day. My bowel movements were pretty consistent nothing purging which is good. I feel like this worked as well as any probiotic could.

I typically do not write reviews on this type of product, but this one is worth every penny. I have lupus on lots of medications that mess up digestion. I have trued several probiotics and prebiotics and combos us laxatives for digestion issues. Some products work at first some don’t, some need a combination of items together. All this adds to $ and time. I don’t have either lol. If you want a product to help solve your digestive issues give this a shot. I have been on this product for months and it works. It works great daily. I have less bloat and am able to function without any disruption to my life . The price is fair , it works. I only one complaint that I have to buy two bottles for the month. Wish they just made a larger dose bottle. I actually recommend this to two friends I love it so much and both are thrilled also. Try it you won’t be disappointed.
