Jason Aluminum Free Deodorant Stick, Soothing Aloe Vera, 2.5 Oz

Jason deodorants are wonderful for people like me who have sensitive skin. Nice subtle fragrances as well and aluminum free!!

It's effective at controlling odor (for my body chemistry) and the tea tree oil is very effective at preventing funky bacteria and fungus from flourishing on skin in hot humid climates. I have very sensitive skin and I'm allergic to everything, but this does not irritate my skin or trigger my allergies. I also use the Jason Tea Tree Body wash for the same reasons. I'd like to give it 4 1/2 stars because, to me, both the tea tree deodorant and the tea tree body wash smell like gardenia. I wish their apricot or unscented deodorant included tea tree oil. I would also be ok with their tea tree products actually smelling like tea tree. But I'll give it 5 because it is as effective at controlling odor as antiperspirant, which is remarkable for a non-antiperspirant deodorant of any kind, let alone one that is aluminum free, paraben free, and non-irritating.

I love this product. It works and is worth the price.

Terrible product, it does absolutely nothing and it's heavily scented. I wrote to the company to return for a refund and never heard back.

I used Speed Stick Fresh scented deodorant for years and love it for its scent and because it lasts all day, but it started making my underarms itch that became too annoying so needed to find something more natural and without propylene glycol, baking soda, or other things that can cause itching. Some out there looked good but are well over $10, which is more than I wanted to spend and found these Jason deodorants that are more reasonably priced. I’ve used other Jason products in the past and liked them a lot so thought I’d give it a try and glad I did because my itching is gone! The fragrance of this Aloe Vera formula isn’t too bad (smells a bit like sweet ointment) and don’t like it nearly as much as my old deodorant, but it’s fine and more than a fair trade off for no more itching. The other reason for four stars is that I find I need to reapply this during the day where I didn’t have to do that before, but I imagine that’s the case with many “natural” deodorants that avoid harsher chemicals but again it’s worth it for being more comfortable throughout the day. Some have remarked that this is overly wet or sticky but I don’t find it all that much different from my old deodorant and it’s fine for me. So overall I’m happy with this for its combination of using more natural, milder, less irritating ingredients and relatively lower price than many other alternatives.

Glides on easily. Has a mild scent. Works pretty well on average temperature days. However, if you work outdoors in really hot temperatures, you’ll need something a little stronger but everyone is different and may work for you in extremely hot temperatures. Overall, this is my go to deodorant!

Ive been using it for about 7 years, love the aloe vera one. Those complaining about smell are either using too much or need to get their priorities right… this is built to be non toxic not Lynx Africa
