Easy to use and looks smart. coffee good temperature, brews quickly, easy to clean fairly quiet. gives off a nice aroma and good value for money.

You don't need to know more about a coffee machine than that the coffee is excellent! However... build quality is good, the thing that makes this model out for me is that filling it with water is much easier than many models, there's a large area to our the water into at the top of the tank and you can use it easily with either hand, which is not always the case. The coffee comes out warmer than our previous machine, which is a great advantage, and I think also improves the taste. Does everything you need it to!

Makes good coffee, easy to use and clean.

The first one I received had a noticeable dent on the front which was disappointing - it makes you wonder about quality control, or lack of! Luckily I live close to a post office so was able to return it the same day using Amazon’s simple return system. Amazingly I received the replacement the following day (a Sunday) and this one was undamaged. I’ve only used it a few times so far but all seems good and the coffee tastes great.

Fantastic coffee ☕ machine, tank is the easiest ever to fill.

Picked this because my previous Morphy Richards machine eventually died and has been discontinued. This is a very poor substitute indeed. There is so little taste to the coffee that two guests thought they had COVID. It's awful.

Our espresso machine packed up and decided to go for something easier to clean and maintain. As those espresso filters do block all too easily, I considered a reusable filter but decided that was back to scraping grounds again, and paper filters must be easier. Chose this one on price and capacity, also I wanted something not too tall with a removable water reservoir and filter holder. The jug holds about four mugs of coffee and I use six measures of coffee grounds for that. The extraction temperature I set to the far left. I do not like bitter coffee, I like to taste the coffee. Use is as easy as filling the reservoir, putting a filter paper in, add grounds and press start. It takes a few minutes and we have coffee. Cleaning is as easy as removing a filter paper. I use the grounds to add to a composter. This step is optional. The warming plate will stay on for several set times, programmable. You can also program water softness, soft for us. So, life got a whole lot easier with this machine. We have a burr grinder now set to medium, it was medium coarse with the espresso to stop it's filters from clogging. You can choose all the way from fine for a bitterer high extraction coffee, to coarse for a mild low extraction coffee, but mine is medium, thank you.

Easy to use, and has a "shower head" to dispense the water rather than just a nozzle. The intensity dial on the top is useful for getting the best brew from a particular coffee. Carafe can be a bit messy to pour when full, but if you pour slowly it's not a problem. Had it about a year and half now, and using it daily at this point.

Ich war von dem Modell so begeistert, dass ich mir noch eine zweite nachbestellt habe. Denn von der Funktionalität und vom Design her ist es die beste Kaffeemaschine, die ich jemals hatte. Das Entkalkungsprogramm ist hervorragend, weil das Wasser dann so langsam durchläuft. Schnellentkalker mit entsprechendem Preisaufschlag ist für diese Maschine dann eben nicht erforderlich. Es genügt der einfache, der länger braucht, um zu wirken. Deswegen kann auch Bioentkalker problemlos verwendet werden. Die Maschine ist folglich auch umweltfreundlich. Aufgrund der Entkalkungsanzeige wird nie zu früh und nie zu spät entkalkt. Die regionale Wasserhärte lässt sich an der Maschine exakt einstellen. Besser geht es gar nicht. Ich hätte übrigens nicht gedacht, dass ein abnehmbarer Wassertank so praktisch ist. Denn ich hatte vorher noch nie eine Kaffeemaschine mit abnehmbarem Wassertank. Ich nehme ihn für jede Befüllung heraus. Das hat zwei Vorteile: erstens kann man beim Umgießen nichts verschütten, denn es gibt kein Umgießen mehr, und zweiten braucht man keinen Messbecher; denn der Tank hat eine eigene Skala.

Good product but delivered to Australia with a UK plug which I had to remove and replace. A small but irritating oversight on the part of Melitta. But the machine works well.

Fast delivery, lightweight and convenient, I liked the machine.

I didn't try all functions yet. But is gives you good coffee. The water compartment is very convenient.
