I’ve been using the Designs for Health Immune supplement for about a year now, especially when I feel a cold coming on. With a toddler in preschool, we’re constantly exposed to all kinds of “fun” viruses — and usually I end up catching whatever he brings home. But the last couple of times he was sick (including coughing and sneezing right in my face!), I somehow managed to stay healthy. I can’t say for sure what made the difference, but I really do feel like this supplement has helped support my immune system. I’ll definitely keep taking it!

I have been using Immunitone for years, and I find it to be extremely effective for chasing away the first signs of respiratory infections. As soon as I find myself sneezing more than once or twice, start to feel something brewing in my sinuses, or even feel a hint of digestive or flu-like bugs, I take a couple of these, and whatever it is usually goes away. If I keep feeling like I am fighting something but am winning, I take two of these capsules, every two or three hours, a few times more. If I feel like I am losing the battle, I also take MycoPotent and Wellness Formula, and between the three, I hardly ever get sick. But Immunitone is the central weapon in my immune-system-boosting arsenal, and I also find it very helpful when I travel and have just sat next to someone with a rotten cold all the way from New York to ...

After a long battle with breast cancer I was officially in remission (yay!) but I just couldn't get myself healthy again. My cell counts looked good on paper but I'm a bedside RN and I could NOT stop getting sick with every germ that was going around. After a couple of years of constant colds and stomach flus and my MDs telling me I was fine, I finally sought out a naturopath who started me on this formula: 2 caps every morning and 2 every evening. I've been on this for about 18 months and have barely had so much as a sniffle. It's made a huge difference in my health and immunity. In order to reduce my monthly cost I tried weaning myself off of them, but as soon as I did I got sick again. Is it some kind of weird placebo effect? I honestly couldn't say. But when I don't take them I end up sick; when I do take them, I'm healthy. I'll just take the supplements. But keep in mind, not every supplement is right for everyone. Always check with your own doctor and make sure any supplement is safe for you to take, especially if you're on any other medication.

Can't be sure it it was this or any other the other 20 supplements I was popping, but on day 1 of a really, really nasty cold I popped a bunch of these along with some other vitamins and but the next day I was already feeling better! Turned what could have been a long nasty cold into one day of misery, day 2 was in recovery, and by day 3 I feel great save for a runny nose!

The ingredients in this product appear to be of a high quality. While everyone around me was getting ill I was able to stay healthy. Last year that was not the case. I can't definitively say this is what made the difference. However, it seems to be the variable. So I think it's a good product and would recommend.
