I got these because I don't believe anyone can really justify getting more expensive brands. C'mon, after all, it's just plastic that you're going to run over with your car. These have got me unstuck a few times. There's definitely a technique to making any recovery track work. My truck does best when I just gently crawl over them. My dumb city-boy friend did a big burnout while on top of the tracks. This wore off the knobs where the tires were spinning. Huge misuse of the equipment which resulted in plastic damage. Under normal operating conditions in the hands of a knowledgeable driver, these can get you unstuck just as well as any other recovery track.

I just got this delivered and opened it up , I seen all the reviews on this the good and the bad ones. You got to remember these boards cost less than $45 dollars so what do you respect like the ones that cost $300.00. I got this one for the fact that I go up in the snow or off road when I go fishing if I get stuck in any of these places if they work and get broken just think what it cost to get towed out. So I got this to stick in my truck With a shovel just in case I do get stuck.The bottom like yes they look kinda cheap and I do like them they will work for me. Remember you get what you pay for and I think these boards are going to work fine.

A friend got his car stuck after following me into a frozen snow covered parking area in a hiker parking area.His Honda Accord wouldn’t go anywhere. I placed the boards on uneven ice in front of tire. Snapped it right off the bat. His highway tires couldn’t even get traction on these things. I was surprised How easy it was to snap. It was around 20 degrees.

I have no complaints about these and I have not used them yet. It's possible that I may never use them and that's ok with me because I'm retired living on a shoestring budget and this is great insurance compared to paying some recovery folks. I try not to take big chances anymore but you never know when that one situation will come up so get these, they are a bargain

Came well packaged. Boards look suitable. One carry handle was disconnected from carry case on receipt. Will contact seller seeking resolution. Boards worked great when I got stuck in deep sand. A hassle to carry any distance without a shoulder strap. Boards are good case straps are worthless.

A simple and quick review: These are VERY nice.. arrived quickly and they are exactly as advertised. Super high quality and very sturdy. They come in a nice carrying case. They are perfect and I am very pleased with them and wish I had bought them years ago to help with the rough winters in Maine.

They worked in sand/mud but both of mine broke in hard packed sand with my van. Wouldn’t recommend for heavier vehicles.

They look and work great. Only problem is getting them on time. But a great addition to your 4×4.
