Goldlion Dehydrator Rack Stainless Steel Stand Accessories Compatible with Ninja Foodi Pressure Cooker and Air Fryer 6.5 and 8 Quart, Instant Pot Air Fryer 8 Qt

The Goldlion Dehydrator Rack was actually purchased to address a different cooking task. I often make large batches (75-100) of baked enchiladas. My recipe consists of slightly pre-cooking the corn tortillas and in the past, I used a small cast skillet with oil on the stovetop and cooking two to three tortillas at a time. This process is both time-consuming, messy, and not as healthy (too much oil) as I'd like it to be. My thought was to find a multi-shelf rack for the 6.5 quart Ninja Foodi and experiment with oil application methods, temperatures, and cooking times for the corn tortillas. The rack worked perfectly! First Impressions: - Sturdy. Comments on other brand racks state that the wire trays are flimsy or not secure. The Goldlion rack trays during this test were sturdy and seem durable enough for long-term reliability. - Cleaning. I must admit that I was nervous about how the rack would clean. Consider that I was cooking 5 corn tortillas at a time (375°-400°), back-to-back without any cooling time in-between, and the tortillas were covered in oil. I could see the discoloration from the oil baking onto the surface. (This is easily seen in the attached image). When the cooking was complete (100 tortillas, 20 cycles in the Ninja Foodi) the rack honestly looked like it would be permanently discolored. Initial attempts to scrub the surface removed none of the baked-on oil. I decided to place the rack into a pot filled with a couple of inches of hot water, then add two cups of baking soda over the rack before pouring in a few cups of white vinegar. Now, completely submerged, the baked-on oil immediately started to fall off in sheets! I decided to boil the mix for a few minutes and then rinse. All of the oil and discoloration were removed and the rack looks as good as new. That shows decent manufacture of this rack. The rack survived my test and performed perfectly. Someone using it for dehydration tasks should be very happy with it.

I just purchased an 8qt Ninja Foodi and was excited about making dehydrated treats for my pups. The cooking rack that was included with the Ninja was not adequate for dehydrating larger quantities, so I found this product - which was highly rated and reasonably priced. It works perfectly! I can dry nearly 3x the amount of food and the smaller pieces don't fall through the grates. Very easy to clean and fits perfectly in my cooker. It's a little more expensive than other products out there, but it's well made and each of the shelves can be removed for easy cleaning and storage. Definitely recommend.

Love this steel rack. It fit perfectly in my ninja foodie 0L501. I used it to cook breaded fish in two layers and it air fried beautifully. Cleanup was a breeze and it folds nicely for storage. Each rack is very sturdy, although the handles that you place them on could be a little stiffer. Overall, it is fantastic and I would not hesitate to recommend it!

This item so far appears to be excellent. It is very sturdy and seems well made. Mine has metal wrapped all around the edges so I did not have any issues with pokey, sharp edges that others have mentioned. It's very versatile. I plan on using it in my Instant Pot 8 qt. It fits perfectly. You can us as many trays as you want and takes apart easily to store small. I do suggest using a brush to wash as it does seem to catch a cloth or sponge when washing the under side. Can't wait to see how it holds up over time.

This rack is a huge improvement over the 2 tier basket that came with my instant pot. It's very easy to assemble on the fly as you're loading it, and it fits into my instant pot (8 qt) with just a little room around the edges for air flow. I can do just a bit over double the amount of jerky in this rack than the basket that came with the pot, and cut 30-45 minutes off the time per batch. Which means I can do a 2 pound round roast in 2 batches of 3.5-4 hours vs 4 batches of 4.5 hours before. The only down side is that drips cook into the little wire grid, making cleaning a bit of a process. I soak them in the pot for 10 minutes, then scrub with a brush to get all the bits out of the wire mesh. If you have an 8qt cooker with a dehydrate setting, this rack is just about perfect.

The product and customer service from Goldlion is superior and they deserve this review. The rack works great. The food came out perfect. I liked the fact this dehydrator rack has hemmed edges, which makes it safer and more sturdy. It stacks and cleans easily. They sent e-mails, first thanking me for the purchase and then followed up to confirm if I was satisfied with this product. The emails included attached cook books and they provided a free gift option with the delivery. Very happy!!!

Cleaned and used this product right out of the box. Set up is easy. The bottom rack is attached to the rack holder and the other 4 racks you can place on the rack rests. I needed more racks for placing food when I use the air frier and this was the solution. On the product page it does say you can place a rack with just one hand. From the couple times I have already used it I do not find this realistic. There is some movement with the rack base which makes it a little difficult. The movement is because the rack base folds up and becomes compact for storage which is another benefit. The fact that I can not place a rack with one had does not bother me but it might be an issues form someone else. But the racks do place very easily with 2 hands! This has gone through my dish washer a few times and has come out nice and clean every time. I have yet to use to to dehydrate my herbs but I am lookin forward to using this for that purpose. Highly recommend!!

Brilliant product, fits perfectly, extremely well made and very easy to clean. Makes air frying easy.

Best purchase I've made for my intant pot duo crisp 8qt. Really impressed with the build quality, so far have made dehydrated apple chips, and currently have my first batch on beef jerky on the go. This makes it super easy, and the racks are a breeze to assemble. My only complaint (and is a minor one) is that the racks could be a little larger for the 8qt pot. I really wish that there was one extra rack that could be installed at the top, as it is a little short in the pot. But nonetheless it is by no means small, and you can still fit a great deal of food on the trays. But bigger is better right? 10/10 would buy again.

I can use about one fruit per rack, sliced, unless it's big like a naval orange. The bottom racks a bit annoying to put things on because the sides all in on you but otherwise just want I needed. It get easier to put the racks on after one use
