what I was looking for
I wanted to find a lower dose calcium d-glucarate supplement that I could take twice per day, along with my lower dose DIM (Nature's Way: 50mg/capsule) and BroccoMax (Jarrow), for acne prevention maintenance. I think I found it with this Best Naturals supplement! Calcium d-glucarate can minimize the effects of certain medications, so I prefer to take the lowest effective dose possible, and calcium d-glucarate is only effective for about five hours, so I usually take this twice per day. This Best Naturals calcium d-glucarate supplement fits my requirements. . . . I also appreciate that this supplement is third-party lab tested and comes in an easy-to-swallow tablet form. -Thanks!

works for me...
Gives good energy through the day without any side affects. The 200mg dosage is good for me since 500mg (most other products) is too much. Also, the tablet can be split (sometimes I do that to take a reduced dose in evening). And it can be chewed, it actually tastes sweet.

Decent product
I've been using this for about a month. I have not felt a change in anything yet. It may need more time to work? Taking them is not an issue, pills are small, but they are a bit chalky because of what they are. But still not an issue when taking with a glass of water.

Terrible Allergic Reaction - Be Extremely Careful when taking this supplement
I had a terrible allergic reaction to taking only (1) capsule of calcium D-Glucarate 200 mg. after only 20 minutes. The rash came out all over my arms, hands and legs. Be extremely careful when taking this product. It has been two days and even after taking Benadryl I'm still not rid of the terrible rash from this product. I truly feel like Amazon needs to change their return/ refund policy for any customers when there is an adverse allergic reaction that causes this king of medical issue.

Hard to swallow/get stuck
I have a difficulty swallowing this uncoated tablets. Sometimes it feels like they get stuck in the back of the throat. Would not recommend.
