Perfect fit for Craftsman T1000 Riding Mower
Perfect fit on my Craftsman T1000 riding mower. I have thick brush that I am afraid of damaging the muffler/muffler-guard on my riding mower. This push bar will provide better protection. Instructions very easy to follow, fasteners were separated/sorted into three separate labelled baggies. Hardware made out of zinc plated steel, so they may end up rusting over time. The push bar is made out of steel that is painted with semi-gloss black paint. There are plastic end caps for the round tubes. Seems like the manufacturer should've installed these (instructions first call out to install these).

Mods will be needed for rider I listed....
For -MTD YardMachines- 2008 #13RN772GO29.Pretty much all the hardware needed incl in the box for nuts and bolts. Took some other views first on photos and reply on if would fit rider herein. I brought the bumper and got it the other day. For the mower above bumper will work. To be noted it will -NOT- be a install and go. Some mods need done. I would also suspect with MTD and Yardmachines etc in this older type the same applies. As most have the same layout in the older age.The bumper will line up on each side of mower plate. You will get 2 holes that line per side on mower plate and bumper. This will be towards the back. Which does no good as the front will fall with no support. Another words have a good drill bit and drill. Put them two bolts on each side and nuts. Line the bumper up and drill another hole front forward on each side through bumper and mower plate. Done deal. Did mine and it is locked nice and tight and lined good.Bumper is very light. However it is solid real well to take a beating. To be noted- you will get 4 black caps with bumper. These go on the sides of said. Read the instr or you will have fun getting the caps into all..... Also noted you do not need all the nuts and bolts etc. So you will have left over and that is fine. You are not missing something here.

It bends pretty easy and the black plastic caps can fall out.
Bolts up on a Craftsman DYT4000. I would not recommend to push anything with this bumper. Channel steel could be added to reinforce. It bends pretty easy and the black plastic caps can fall out. I would suggest gluing the black caps in with something like black silicone adhesive. Provides minimum protection and looks ok.

fits/works /looks great!/ fast shipment
I have a husqvarna yth18542.This bumper fits well. I was worried that i couldnt open the hood with it installed, but no problem.Install was a little fiddly since the instructions were for so many machines (not including mine).Disconnect the headlight connector. Take off the hood. Open about 3/4 and pull up.No need to remove the wire or the guard plate (which I did ).One carriage bolt in the back, and a regular nut/bolt forward both with a washer/spacer on all. They are the only holes that line upJust figure it out!!!It looks great.I also got an hour meter. It is pre wired and installed in a flash.

Looks Great on a Club Cadet XT1 and at a good price!
Liked the price of this bumper and made minor modifications to make it fit. Same size to frame made it work and easy to fab new holes to secure it, & notch the end off to fit my 2017 Club Cadet XT1 When you install this make sure to space for hood clearance. I used a 4" grinder and cut the bottom angled hooks and used some vise grips to mount up temporarily to frame to check the fit and made sure the hood opened and it looked right. Then marked the holes using some of the frame holes and marked the new holes I needed, then drilled them out and then bolted it up. This bumper was more affordable and better built and looks nice on my mower. My club cadet is a 2017 and they are still making this same model today. Good tractor, and rides better than the 2006 50" model I had.
