Not reliable.
This is a great game for the kids if you get one that works. I have purchased this several times, the first one I bought years ago lasted for about 15 yrs. So I bought two more for other grandkids and only one of them worked whilst the other broke down. My son replaced the broken down one locally. The up and down and the front to rear never worked on one, I got my money back. The second broke down same fault within a few months. We never returned that one.

Not great
This is an ok item. Claw not that strong. Instructions all in foreign. Claw inside machine wrapped up and no access to it apart from taking all the screws out the top being careful not to break the wires

Great Fun!
After reading varied mixed reviews I bought this for the children for Christmas and was ready to send it back if like some if the reviews, it arrived faulty. I had to jiggle the grabber a little to help it open but after that it works perfectly. I can’t wait for the children to open this and have fun playing!

Broken on arrival
Awful, on first try the claw does not move down which makes the product useless.

DO NOT BUY
The media could not be loaded. I never write reviews but I had to for this. It came with missing parts, it’s broken and with new batteries it did nothing. I wish I had read some of the latest reviews before purchasing. Do not waste your time!
