Punisher Skateboards 11-Vent Multi-Sport Skateboard and BMX Helmet For Youth Boys and Girls, Size Medium, For Ages 5-8 Years Old

I loved it until a few hours ago. It's 3am, Christmas. Kids will soon be racing to the tree. I'd purchased this helmet as a useful gift to put under the tree for our 6 year old daughter, who has recently outgrown her "small" helmet. Until a few hours ago, I really loved it- quality, design, decent price, everything... I thought the graphics looked really lovely, and it's a white background- which increases the visibility of the helmet to drivers, as opposed to a dark color. I thought the design would really appeal to her, while not being too syrupy looking. You know, a "big girl helmet" to replace her pink kitty cat Raskulls one. Yada yadda... These were my "mommy picked a great helmet" thoughts. So anyway, i thought it was great until a few hours ago, when my husband picked it up as one of the last things in the pile of gifts to wrap. He said, "Oh, this is a nice design. It looks just like it's all cracked and smeared with blood." Sigh. He's right, I totally see it now. In fact, I can hardly see it as cherry blossoms any more. So, I'm writing this review because I've had to pluck this gift back out from under the tree. Honestly, I really can't find any fault with the helmet. I still see it as worth 5 stars. The graphics are actually awesome in that they can look like lovely cherry blossoms, AND bloody cracks. However, I just can't un-see the bloody cracks, and I personally can't stomach the image of it on my kindergartener's head as she rides her bike. So, it's awesome, but just not right for us. Merry Christmas.

purchased the punisher skateboard cherry Blossom helmet for my daughters' 11th Birthday. She loves skateboarding and I have purchased a few different types of helmets before we purchased this one. not only does she like it because it looks nice, but she likes the fit and the feel. I no longer need to pester her to put her helmet on when she goes out to ride her skateboard or bicycle.

Fantastic,lightweight,great design....Was slightly big but my daughter is only 4 so will be waiting until she grows into it....Looks smart compared to some I’ve seen.

I am a small adult (female) and found this helmet to be larger than expected.It took all the padding (supplied) to make it fit snugly (as a helmet should to function preoperly). It arrived quickly, in good shape. I haven't hit the ground wearing it so I can't comment on how it protects overall. Cute, functional accessory to go with my small-wheeled hobbies. Good size to lug around when not being worn for proper use.

Really nice skateboard helmet. I love the cherry blossom design, which matched the cherry blossom skateboard I also purchased my daughter. The helmet comes with additional padding to adjust the size if needed. It's very sturdy and provides great protection. I would definitely recommend this item.

For an inexpensive helmet, it is well worth it. The fit is great, and it is definitely feminine, which is hard to find in a helmet. I use it for cycling, and it is perfect.

This helmet is a hit with my little guy. He had been asking for it for some time, it matches his skateboard. The helmet is a bit big for him but we made it work with the extra inserts we received.

This helmet is so cool! Bought one for a middle school aged daughter and the 7 yr old wanted one too. So we bought another. Recommend.
