Filter provides clarity and vibrancy for outdoor photos
We have an optometrist in the family. That means that we are all very conscientious about our eye health. She has two children and they both had sunglasses as babies. She did this because UV rays can be damaging and can actually end up causing problems like cataracts and macular degeneration down the road. The same reason our family member has a vocal concern about our eye health is the same reason that photographers should use a UV filter. A UV filter is a glass filter that block ultraviolet (UV) rays and protects camera lenses from dust and scratches. With that in mind, I was excited to add the MC UV Protection Filter from K&F Concept to my filter collection. The first time I took this filter out, I was out to dinner with my family. We decided to try out a new restaurant in town that has a rooftop dining room. We arrived and got seated around 6:00 p.m. and the sun was hitting the rooftop full force. I pulled my camera out and screwed the filter into place. It wasn’t difficult to secure on the lens, which was refreshing since some filters don’t like to line up properly sometimes. But this filter twisted on smoothly and without any catches. I’m actually going to back up a moment to say that before I took it out into the blinding sunshine, I did a quick test at home. I simply held the filter with one hand in my photo booth. I looked at my other hand in the light and then moved the filter over top of the exposed hand to see what the difference was. It was interesting to see how much of a difference the filter was making -- even under an LED light. The bluish tint was eliminated and my hand looked warm and like I was viewing it in HD. Now, fast forward to our rooftop dinner and how I noticed the clarity of the images was greatly improved by this very simple filter. I walked around the roof and grabbed a few shots that would normally appears dull in that type of direct sunlight. With the UV filter, they appeared vibrant and clear rather than hazy. I also really like how slim the filter is because it doesn’t add a lot of weight to the existing lens when I’m using it. The K&F Concept UV filter was an unexpected surprise for me. It is really well made and does a great job with filtering sunlight. I love that I have an added layer of protection on my lens when I got out and about and that my outdoor images look better than ever.

Perfect Protection for Your Expensive Lens: A Must-Have UV Filter
I recently purchased a K&F Concept 72mm filter for my 50 1.4 zeiss lens and have been extremely happy with its performance. The filter was easy to screw onto the front of my lens and fit perfectly, with no vignetting or other issues. One of the main benefits of using a UV filter is that it helps to protect the front element of my lens from accidental damage. This is especially important for my fancy lens, which is a high-quality and expensive piece of equipment. The filter is also useful for blocking out UV light, which can be especially helpful when shooting in bright sunlight or at high altitudes. In terms of image quality, I have noticed a slight improvement in the overall clarity and color accuracy of my photos since using the UV filter in the Colorado mountains. Blues and purples in particular seem to be rendered more vividly and accurately. Overall, I am extremely satisfied with my purchase of the filter. It provides excellent protection for my lens and also helps to improve image quality. I would highly recommend this filter to any photographer looking to protect their lens and improve their photos.

High quality, perfect packaging, even give you lens wipes!
I had been getting either Amazon or "T" filters as a standard practice. Bought this filter on a whim for a few dollars more, seemed to be a better quality, lighter design, and the quality of the package and extras like cleaning cloths sealed the deal. I will buy these regularly, heck, they are all made in China so what's the difference if the quality is better on these for a few bucks?

Great filter - but not for every lens
The filter offered has excellent coating and good light transmission. It is well packaged dust free and the cleaning microfiber cloth is a nice touch. However, it is not for every lens out there. While I do like the knurled ring for a better tactile feel, it makes it impossible for certain lenses like my sigma 45mm 2.8 lens pictured, to have the hood fitted in. The knurling protrudes beyond the diameter of the filter getting in the way of the hood. I hope K&F will offer options when it comes to their filter ring design to circumvent this problem. Thanks.

Appears to be a good UV Filter at a reasonable price.
Purchased this product to protect my camera lens, plus to help remove unwanted UV effects. The glass filter is mounted in a thin black coated aluminum frame and does not take up much space on the camera and that feature is very good to me. The price for the UV Filter was reasonable and I will most likely purchase additional filters from this company.

I have attached this filter at the front of 20x80 Binoculars they gave me a warm color and removed Chromatic Abberations to 80%. The glass is clear and have high transmission of light. I will try more of their filters. 😎 I have purchased alot of different products from this brand and always got amazed by the premium packaging and quality of products.

Have more coating, good quality, but if you have a variable nd filter then it's a waste of money.

This filter surpassed my expectations. Beautiful piece of ultra clear glass ( I had to tip it sideways to check if there was actually glass there - LOL) mounted in a Black Aluminum filter ring. Fitted on my Canon 24 - 105 F/4 Zoom perfectly. UPDATE: The Filter saved my L Glass lens from damage. Dropped the camera in its bag but the weight was enough to smash the filter. It was tricky removing it - but the filter took the hit - the lens is undamaged. I've ordered another one! Great Filter! 👍 To remove it when severely dented, cutters are the most effective way.
