Apple Picker Wash Rack Arm

The set screw did not line up with the holes to secure the arm with the gusset . It wasn’t even close . The screws were so cheap that the head of two of them popped of in the installation process . The overall product works fine but if it’s going to be such cheap workmanship and attention to detail then it’s way overpriced.

It was ok, but smaller than expected. Not heavy duty.

I would pretty much give it a 4 1/2. The directions need to be better. Otherwise it looks pretty good and should hold up.

I only received the metal tubing and hardware. No hose, fittings or nozzle. I have emailed the company, with no response, called twice, left a message once, spoke to someone the second time. I am still with out half of this order. The pieces I receive are great, just not much good without the rest of it,*** Up-date*** The missing pieces arrived yesterday. Thank you for following through. Would highly recommend this product!

Fittings are a piece of junk. Broke the very first day. Wand works ok.
