I have a 15yr old cocker, the medium fit just right. His waist is 21 inches. He’s semi incontinent during the day but leaks a lot at night. I sleep downstairs so I can let him out when he needs to go but I think he just pees cos he can’t be bothered to get up. I usually use the washable reusable ones and they’re a god send but they leek on a night so I put one of these disposable wraps on him then a reusable one and he’s bin fine, no leeks and he feels quite dry. They seem to absorb really well and the sticky fastener has been fine no coming loose. I wish I could just use these all the time but it would be too expensive the amount he would get through. Would definitely recommend these wraps.

Absolutely a game changer, no more accidents on the floor, these pads are so absorbant and secure, only issue is they could be cheaper! ☺️

Worked great, for urine only. remember to clean inbetween changes every couple hours or when needed, and use sudocrem etc to create another protective layer after washing there lower body, also use nappy or poo bags to bin them with to prevent smell. if its a quick change and its a struggle to get underneath the dog then stick the new one together to the wing of the old one and pull it through when removing the old nappy to get the placement of the new one, also open up the nappys width wise before putting them on and have them somewhat tight but not too tight to stop the urine. Used these for 8 months of my dogs paralysis before he was finally diagnosed with late stage cancers. Hope this helps and remember you are lucky to be able to clean up there excrement!

These have great absorbency but the sizing is off: my dog's waist is 24" but these do not fit, they don't even meet at the top, let alone fasten. I have to hold them on with masking tape which is fiddly and should not be necessary. I have had other people verify I measured correctly. I advise sizing up

I can’t recommend this product enough! My 15 year old Labrador is on Librela injections for arthritis. Unfortunately , the side effect of these is that they cause excess thirst and incontinence. He still goes to the toilet outside, but he has been having small accidents in the house. These wraps have saved me from hours of cleaning and they have made my sweet boy feel more comfortable if he does have a little accident inside. These wraps fit him well, stay put and have not irritated him at all. There has also been no leaking. The Velcro fastening is very useful if you need to readjust the tightness of the band. They seem soft and breathable, and he doesn’t appear to be aware that he has them on. If you are looking for something to save on clean up and to make your best friend more comfortable, I’d recommend these!
