Defected product, no relief provided by Customer Services.
Received a defected product. Tried to contact Customer Services and found out that they are of no use, they do not provide any relief, in fact I can’t even exchange the product, it is of no use. Talking about the packaging, it has always been horrible. There has always been a chance of dropping an item from the box. The customer service is useless, so is Amazon.Will never shop again from this site.
