Great Machine
This has been an absolute game changer in our house. We just fill the machine with cat food, set the times we want the portions to be dispensed and it does the rest. The app is a breeze to work and accurately dispenses the food on the set times. Highly recommended.

Good while it lasts - unreliable after 2 years
Bought march 2020. Worked great. However it deteriorates after some time even after resets - will not trigger food delivery at random times, will lose WiFi, will freeze, button at random times will stop being responsive, and app won't be able to configure unit until rebooted even after a few hours. Maybe using cheap memory inside which goes faulty?

Useless without wifi.
After a problem with the router, it is not possible to reconnect to the Internet. Various other devices I could connect to wifi, but this feeder did not. I advise against buying this device, especially since it is impossible to program without wifi! Without internet it is more useless than other half cheaper cat feeders without wifi. Don't be stupid like me.

Hard to configure
Very difficult to connect to wifi and manage from app

Impressed so far!
Ran the feeder for almost 3-weeks on batteries only trying to understand how long they would last. Had to reset up once batteries wwent flat and not running of USB, but works well and stops cat from flicking food onto the floor as a wider eating bowl. Still happy.

app let the product down
we could not get the app to load (tried everything) and program the feeder. The feeder looks great and we would love to have but it depends on the app to program. i feel it lets the product down. after the fact found out app has a terrible rating. looked at other feeders as well and have not found one that doesnt use an app or USB charge. very disappointing,

Keep Away - App does not work in iOS 14
Since upgrading to iOS 14 the App does not work as it's network discovery model is broken and the App has no updates. Emailed developer, no response. Also raised support case via App, no response. Can see the feeder on the local network but phone can't discover the device. No problems with any other auto feeder.
