I usually use the Monistat 3-day Treatment. However, I decided to give the 1-day a shot and I do not regret it. A lot of people here and across the internet give horror stories about chemical burns and horrible pain, but I can happily say I didn't experience that. I didn't even have any discomfort at all. Cleared up the yeast infection quickly and wasn't messy like some others claimed. My theory is the horror stories are coming from people with really intense infections, people with severe allergies, and people misdiagnosing themselves with a yeast infection when they actually have BV or an STI. Mine was a very minor infection, it wasn't even in the itching or burning phase yet, only an odor of yeast and some yeast-y white discharge. Catching it quick is the most important when using Day-1 treatment, I personally believe. I simply used the cream and inserted the ovule before bed and slept like a baby. I wore a pad just incase as it is recommended on the directions, but it didn't seem all that necessary. Discharge was very minimal. I recommend this if you are certain you have a history of yeast infections, have used Monistat products before (so you know you aren't allergic) and if your infection is in the earliest stage. Works great, and saved me another trip to the Gyno. If you have an active yeast infection that is already itchy and painful, do not use this product. Consult a doctor first or try the 7-day or 3-day treatment instead, as they are less likely cause any issues. Otherwise, definitely get the Day-1 treatment. Hopefully I can get my hormones in order and I wont have to buy this product again next month right before my period, but if I do, I'll definitely be buying this product again.

If you start your period while on this DO NOT USE TAMPONS , THIS PRODUCT CONTINUES TO WORK FOR A FULL 7 DAYS. I bought this because I didn’t want to use a 3-day or 7-day treatment. The dosage is very strong. I inserted it around 12 PM, and by 6 PM the tablet had clearly dissolved and was working at full strength. For the first 6 hours, everything felt fine. But once the leakage began, I experienced a burning and itching sensation unlike anything before—it was intense enough that I had to rinse with cold water. From what I’ve learned, this reaction is actually normal. It’s caused by the infection being pushed out, which irritates the skin. Over the next few days, the internal itching improved quickly. By days 3–4, the internal symptoms were mostly gone, but my labia stayed itchy and dry until around day 4. That made sense since any leakage touches that area first. I also happened to start my period that same day. The instructions recommend avoiding tampons for at least 7 days, so I stuck with pads while the treatment worked. Now it’s day 5, and I finally feel completely fine. So yes, this product does work. Just be aware: some women may go through a rough patch with the burning and itching in the beginning. That’s usually a sign the medicine is doing its job, and it will calm down.

Well long story short, it worked for me. But here's what you should know: - If you've never used this specific product before, it's probably a better idea to try out other versions of the same product where you insert a 1 pill a day for 3-5 days and see how it works for your body. - I got a burning, tingling sensation after 2 hours of putting it in. I went through lots of reviews before purchasing it so I knew this would come but it was just... wow. You know how people say "I got butterflies in my stomach" when you're nervous/anxious? Well now you got'em in your "hoohaas". But the tingling sensation was all gone after like 30 minutes. - I got lots of vaginal discharge for the first 24hours. Honestly speaking, I'm not sure if it was a normal discharge or just some residue of the pill because the pill was kinda bigger than I initially imagined. I STRONGLY RECOMMEND that you wear a pad.

I read some horror stories about this but I had already purchased it and decided to just go for it. I had zero issues with burning after the ovule was inserted…but the next morning was kinda rough. As it leaked out it was pretty itchy and irritated but that’s also because my lady bits on the outer inner parts were very irritated from the infection so the medication did burn and itch a bit coming out. After like half a day, I quickly started feeling back to normal. I felt like the seedling was going way down, no more burning or itchy feeling. I had a pretty gnarly infection too because I had let it go for too long. The extra cream they give you too was probably the worst part for me because when I put it on my already irritated lady bits it was pretty intense…like made me sweat but again…that goes away after about 30 minutes. I just had to tell myself it was the medication working and boy does it work quickly. Just tough it out, don’t insert that ovule until you’re ready to lay down though. Let it do its work inside overnight and just be prepared the next morning for that leakage and irritation. I would get this again!

I’ve used this product 3 different times throughout my life with the 3rd being last night. I’ve had 0 reaction each time. No burning, no itching, no pain. I also had little to no discharge from the medicine . Keep a pantiliner in the pantries the entire next day and you’ll be just fine.

If you happened to be over thinking and scrolling for a solution like I did I highly suggest just buying it. I had experienced weeks of constant discharge that was an embarrassing amount. I took the one day cause I had the weekend off and was tired of it. It’s going to take at least a week to see some progress and the first couple of days you might feel slight discomfort but it was not too extreme. I didn’t like the cream it came with though but thats my personal experience. Now a couple weeks later after trying the product I can safely say it worked. Although my period did come early after using this product. I saw another comment mentioning the same thing so I don’t know if it’s related but I suggest stocking up on pads ahead of time just in case. Good luck!

Last night I used this and I fell asleep after 2 hours I had bad cramps with bad nightmares about labor and giving birth because I felt it was the same pain . I hope all these feelings worth it because my certain goal is to overcome the candidas at any price.

I wish I read the reviews about the one day capsule. I burned for close to 72 hours before feeling slightly normal again. Yes it did the job but I would not recommend selecting the one day. Other reviews suggested taking the 3 day packet at a lower dosage
