I don’t usually write reviews, but these lactase pills honestly deserve a shoutout. I’m pretty lactose-intolerant — like, one accidental sip of a milkshake and it’s over for me — so I grabbed these hoping they’d at least help a little. And wow… they work so much better than I expected. I’ve taken them before eating things that would normally destroy me (ice cream, pizza, mac and cheese — basically all the good stuff), and I’ve had zero issues. It feels amazing to actually enjoy food again instead of calculating how much pain I’m signing up for. They’re super easy to take, too. Just pop one before eating and you’re good. No weird taste, no side effects, nothing complicated. Overall, these have become a permanent part of my life. If you’re lactose-intolerant or even just a little sensitive to dairy, these are absolutely worth it. Total game-changer.

I have been using these for several years now and they really work great for me. I take 1 tablet before I eat just about anything and never have to worry about any side effects.

9000 IU is the appropriate dose to take. Size of tablet is good.

Work great! Able to eat without getting an upset stomach.

Cheaper alternative to lacteeze & other tablets. However, if you walk around with them and they move around, they soon turn into a fine dust which can be annoying when going out & ending up with white dust in your handbag / pocket if they are not properly sealed. Other than that great and its a small inconvenience.

Compared to lacteeze, these tablets are a lot better value especially if you need to take 2-3 every time you have dairy like me. I find I go through a 40 pack of lacteeze so fast, 180 tablets will last me far longer for much cheaper. Essentially for lacteeze you are paying for the flavour and chewability, I still find these are perfectly chewable with food and you can't really taste it, but I wouldn't entirely recommend chewing them on their own due to the chalky dry texture and taste. Still works perfectly, I can enjoy dairy on these very well.

Ideal. I find this brand better value for money than Milkaid, who claim to be 6000fc, but then on recieving says 6000fc per two tablets. This brand is better value for money with each tablet being 9000fc, meaning you use less.

Used with my daughter who has slight lactose intolerance and worked well. She was allieviated of discomfort pretty quickly

More effective than lacteeze. I'm a gerd sufferer, so these are a great alternative than prescription medication.
