Perfect gift for any age, but especially for ages 1-10. My 10 mon old squeals and jabbers at this little guy and it squeals and jabbers back, so she keeps doing it again and again. Soo cute! We've only had it a couple weeks so I can't say how long batteries will last. It doesn't always work just perfectly; every now and then it gets a fit where it keeps going, but we just turn it off to make it quit and when we turn back on it's ok. The 4 yr old loves it too.

My daughter loves it. However it is SO LOUD that it is really obnoxious. That being said, it is on the smaller size, is quite cute, and the clarity of the talking is decent.

Perfect gift for our grand children because it annoys the parents...payback to our kids!

I actually got this for my 7 year old neighbor, but I Pulled it out for my daughter-in-law while she and my son were living with me in the middle of COVID. We couldn’t stop laughing. My son came in from his WFH office in a room behind the garage and couldn’t figure out what was so funny, until we showed him what was going on. Of course the more you laugh the more the toy reacts. Maybe it was the pandemic lock down that made it so funny. My daughter-in-law purchased one to take to her family out of the country. They too loved it. I

Much smaller than I as exspecting

Wonderful entertaining item to give as a funny gift. Well constructed and sweet character!!

I purchased two "Yoego Talking Hamsters", one for me and my two cats, and one for my Mom and her cat. It is a very cute toy, and it repeats whatever you say (very short sentences, names, or greetings) in a tinny voice while the body of the hamster does the "boogie" (it does not actually dance!). My mom and I got a laugh out of the silly sounds and reactions to the cats. Three cats, lets call them "Shy", "Assertive" and "Ho-Hum" got a chance to view the talking (and shaking) hamster. Shy hissed at it and kind of puffed up; Assertive grabbed it by the neck and really tore into it (by the way, the Yoego Talking Hamster appears to be well made); and Ho-Hum, glanced at it, then turned back to stare out of the window. We will be bringing it out for company and for the cats to hopefully enjoy.
