Very good for the gym
Bought them as my gym never have this attachment and you spend 10mins looking for one and then the machine is gone. This is a lot quicker and easier to get my workout done. They seem to hold up to the heavy weights so very impressed

Bought to make a strong dog leash and collar, for a family Red Setter, who has destroyed several shop bought leads and collars, due to his pure strength. These sprung loaded clips were easy to work with and combined with a lead I made from 12mm braided rope have proven perfectly capable of holding him, even at his most "scatty" moments. Highly recommended based on actual experience!
