I bought this for use on pizza after I had chili oil on pizza in Italy. It really helps pizza have a good olive oil smothness with a little kick. Not to be confused with Asian pepper oil which will burn your face off! This oil is also a good addition to soups like home made pork and beans.

Sono rimasto davvero colpito da questo olio infuso al peperoncino calabrese. È senza dubbio il miglior olio che abbia mai provato e trovato. La piccantezza è perfettamente dosata, circa un 3 su 10, il che permette di apprezzare il vero sapore del peperoncino senza che sia troppo invadente. Il gusto è molto saporito e in bocca si sente subito la qualità autentica del peperoncino calabrese. Un altro aspetto che mi ha stupito è la consistenza dell'olio: è leggermente viscosa, non troppo liquido, il che lo rende perfetto per ogni piatto. È davvero l'olio ideale per chi ama il piccante o per chi desidera esplorare i sapori della Calabria. Consigliatissimo!
